Ingredients for the baked dough: (enough for 12 of our representatives and 16 profiteroles):
• 125 ml of water
• 125 ml of milk
• 100 g of margarine
• 150 g fine flour
• 4 eggs (M)
• 1 cc. sugar
• ½ tsp salt
Ingredients for the yellow cream:
• 2 eggs
• 250 ml of milk
• 100 g of sugar
• 70 g of flour
• 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
Ingredients for the foam:
• 200 ml vegetable whipped cream
