    This 2001 Bluebird All-American school bus was transformed into a beautiful home by Mike & Shaina for both themselves & their two children. After months of looking for the perfect bus, they found a company called "A to Z Bus Sales" that sells buses with dependable engines and offers a service that helps buyers easily register their school buses as a motorhome. Since purchasing their bus, they have transformed it into a functional & beautiful home on wheels that works perfectly for their family of four. Their 18-inch roof raise has allowed them to have tons of headroom & made it possible for them to fit a bunk room for their kiddos. In addition to their children's bedroom, their bus features a spacious kitchen with a full-sized stove/oven combo, an all-in-one washer/dryer unit, a large bathroom, & a main bedroom. Although challenging at times, Mike & Shaina agree that moving into a bus is the best thing that has ever happened to them & they can't wait to continue to travel together as a family.

    The kids set up is awesome!! It's nice to see parents prioritize their children as well as themselves, I see some tours and the kids space is no bigger then coffin

      I thought the same!! Most setups only provide a bed space for the kids, and this was the first tour I've seen with sitting areas underneath!!! It's brilliant! Wishing you all safe travels and happy adventures ahead! Much love 💕😊

      Those coffins look like torture chambers. The solution here is probably the most utilitary out there.

    I have been watching bus life for about a year and a 1/2 now, and I know a lot of people that convert their busses have to deal with a budget they have, it's life you have work with what you got. But I've also come across some people you can tell that they're just selfish and they don't give a s*** about their children's comfort. They want this life, and the kids just got dragged along with them. Your family isn't one of those people. The fact that you lift/raise the ceiling eighteen inches so that your children can have their own private space says so much about you and your husband. Because you realize that whether you're an adult or a child, everyone needs to have their time alone. And just because you're living on a bus doesn't mean you shouldn't have your privacy.I am just loving that for these beautiful little angels.Your children are going to have an amazing experiences meeting different people going different places. Not dreading having to come back into their home on wheels because they have no privacy. It's quite the opposite. They have all the privacy that most children would have if they have their own room, their own TV, and their own gaming system. Their own place to do homework they're own bed it's just amazing. Safe Travels. Much love and respect to you and your beautiful family❤

    • @justbusit4176
      @justbusit4176 Před rokem

      We get 6-7 mpg regardless of if we’re towing or not, the engine specs say it have about 250hp but we honestly have no idea (we haven’t not made it up mountain yet, albeit it sometimes slowly). We purchased the bus with 190,000 miles and currently have around 205,000 miles on it.

    Two concerns: You mentioned something about “backwash” from the black water tank and I couldn’t quite catch what you were trying to tell us. Does the black tank waste back up into the bus? Does it have some other issue? Also you mentioned the 24” tv mounted in the dash-a brilliant idea, btw. Is it difficult to wire the cameras into this system and is there an app or something which makes it possible to see every camera angle at once? Hurry! Inquiring minds want to know!!😂
