- The Sharks erase 3-goal deficit in game 7 of the Western Conference quarterfinals against the Las Vegas Golden Knights. 4 goals in under 5 minutes on the powerplay. That doesn't happen very often.

And of all the men to call it, it’s Gord Miller. He absolutely nailed the call of each of the goals, especially the one that put them ahead. He truly added to the magic of this moment.

They definitely got lucky with the penalty call, but you can’t deny how amazing it is they scored four goals.
Whenever I see this, I think back to the old adage of if you mess with one of us, you mess with all of us. For them to rally with their captain out and the season on the line, that was clutch

Part miracle, mostly sheer determination and fricking vengeance. Vegas got what they deserved; I'm just glad I got to witness it.

Will never forget this. I was sick as a dog and watching the sharks go down 3-0 I came close to just shutting it down and going to sleep (seen this story too many times). But I thought to myself it’s most likely the last game of the season so I’ll stick it out. Probably the most incredible hockey game I’ve ever seen. Imo #2 franchise moment behind winning the West. If you’re ever feeling down, watch this clip to remind yourself that sometimes good can overcome evil. Amazing things can happen. (But you should watch the Randy Hahn call instead 😉)
Also just noticed, what a screen by Timo on the 4th goal. This team has frustrated me and let me down so many times, but I’ll love them till the end and will never abandon them.
I remember watching live and the 5 minute major call was weak but it's amazing how Vegas just completely collapsed on their penalty kill. They could have given up 6 goals. Last hurrah for those Sharks teams.
If it wasn't for running into a red hot Blues team in the Western Conference Finals, I think this Sharks team could've given the Bruins all they could handle in the Cup Finals. Not a Sharks fan, but they had a really good team that year. They just ran into a buzzsaw int the St. Louis Blues, who couldn't be stopped.

I remember this night very well. The sharks down 3 in the third. I said f it and went to bed thinking they would lose. They were down (3-1) in the series and I went to game 1 (where they won).
Anyways I wake up and check my phone to see that they won! I watched the recording and was shocked at how the did it. Pavs goes down and the sharks smelled blood!

I guess I don’t understand the rule well, but I could see it not being a major. What I don’t get is that some people think there should have been no call.
First off: this was a bad head injury, second: the head hit the ice first cuz the player next to Eakin basically threw him to the ground.
But in the end I’m always saying even if it would have been a minor I’m sure sharks woudl have scored 4 nevertheless cuz that was hella personal

@meatballsahoy 92 I felt the refs did not take into an account that he was not sure footed what so ever. It was a weak cross check to the front!! The front! One of the worst calls I have ever seen in the playoffs. Terrible call. What is worse however, is given up four goals in five minutes in the playoffs.
@@ThePerpetualStudent I agree it was likely a double minor with crosscheck + blood but the sharts got screwed over with so many calls in previous games that benefit Vegas. The Golden Showers won some games on bad calls too. The whole series was pretty cursed.
