  • The Helen Suzman Foundation has welcomed a high court ruling which
found that the termination of the Zimbabwe Exemption Permit is
    unconstitutional, unlawful and invalid.
It means that ZEP holders can't be arrested, deported or detained with
the permit's validity being extended by a year.
ATM leader Vuyo Zungula says the government is failing to deal with immigration.

In fact, the Minister blamed their lawyers for handling this matter in a bad manner. The ANC prefers foreign nationals than its citizens, yet they know that South Africans can never emigrate to Zimbabwe in any way no matter how much we are struggling. This is bad for South Africans to see their country inundated and invaded by the foreign nationals in the manner that it is currently.

And if you dont believe go to the rual areas farms where black people since they were born didn't receive any birth certificate the parents past away the children and grandchildren walk around with no ID books no houses no documentation who is fighting for them. The ANC knows exacly where millions of illegal migrants are, but they don deport them. Those permit holders are legal migrants and are on permit. The ANC just want to act like they are dealing with migration issue when they are obviously not. They chose the permit holders knowing that they will keep going back and forth on TV as they act their movie of deceit.

Zep holders can take employers to the CCMA they have rights the same as South Africans. Unfair dismisal can be challenged because they are legal. After 13 years make them permanent residents and make our borders stronger to stop illegal immigrants and stop the corruption at the entry points to South Africa. Foreigners have not caused unemployment in South Africa it is our government bad policies that have scared away Foreign investment and this xenophobic behaviors just makes it worse we dont welcome foreign investment.

ZEP holders should get rights under the Employment Equity Act same as South Africans. Their businesses should also qualify under BEE laws for state tenders. Why should you Whites hog all the good jobs and make them your domestics and gardeners. They should be able to replace the too many Whites in government jobs and the private sector. You can send your White child overseas to go study and find a job. Thankfully, finally a group of people that can push you out of jobs.
