I know a lot of people prefer A I A: Alien Observer, but there's such a beautiful kind of sadness that lies within Dragging a Dead Deer Up a Hill that makes me prefer it.
It's one of the most therapeutic pieces of art I've experienced and one of my favourite albums of all time.
Thats great 808s and heartbreak is on it

Pretty Odd by Panic at the Disco is my favourite album from 2008. Such a masterpiece

My pick for 2008 is Trivium - Shogun; it’s among my top five favorite albums of all time, the band not only got me to like screaming, but also made me pick up a guitar. It still holds up nearly 8 years later. Perfect album, I wouldn’t change a thing.

I literally fell asleep after seeing Kanye West's album. I then woke up when someone played Britney Spears' Circus.
To me, Deathconsciousness is the most overrated album in the history of RYM. Third by Portishead as well as Dragging A Dead Deer Up A Hill by Grouper and Fleet Foxes by Fleet Foxes are all better than it and the latter is in my top 5 of the 2000s.
I gotta disagree I think it's one of the greatest ever made. Every song packs an emotional punch and I love that lofi recording style
