Hey man, I don't have specific information about Swappie's current practices, but in January, I ordered an iPhone 12 and chose to have a brand new battery installed. I can't guarantee that this is always the case, so if you're considering a brand new battery from Swappie, I recommend reaching out to their customer support.

In the USA I got a 12 mini for $280 USD from amazon .The 256 gb model in white it came with 100 percent battery percentage an Apple hardware defect warranty. I was honestly surprised how nice it was no damage to the aluminum sides only thing was a single scratch in the top left of the screen.. I kept it cause it arrived in better condition than I hoped. No non Apple replacement parts True Tone worked battery health percentage worked and was 100 percent like i dont know how that happens unless it was refurbished by an apple approved tech or even Apple themselves
