Sir make one video on IAAS, I live in Ambala Cantt, I have seen all these facilities which are given to IDES. I met with a lot of times with IDES & IDAS. But the only deal breaker is promotion which are too slow in comparison to most of the Civil services.

Idas is better in promotions but they have no power in cantt ides officers have power
@@manavyadav9624 ides officers don't have any powers with the abolishing of cantonments. All power will be given to local militiary authorities in Military stations

I have always dreamt of joining armed forces, so I cleared ssb twice for IAF and Navy but cannot clear the medicals due to eyesight.
I was lacking the motivation to prepare for anything like I did for SSB but now I know how can I realise my dream.
