Tatiana Maslany is one of the most versatile actors of her generation and one of the best Marvel has ever cast! I'm so happy that more people are going to discover how incredible she is through this show. She deserves all the love and recognition in the world. GO SESTRA!

@@michelle-eu8er Before this show, she was best known for her show Orphan Black where she played over 12 completely different characters, sometimes 2 to 4 in a single scene, each with their own look, personality, voice, accent, body language and mannerisms. She won lots of awards for it, including an Emmy for Best Lead Actress in a Drama Series. She is so insanely good in that show, you have to see it yourself to believe it. I can't recommend it enough!

@@pr0fess0rbadass I'm skeptical that the criticism isn't coming from lazy people. Stress is normal in the film industry and in advertising (like me). I know so many work colleagues from my past who cried from morning to night about how busy they are and how little recognition they get. But that's work! This is NOT a summer camp!😂 I'm not saying it isn't hard. But it can also be crybabies.
@@chris76465 dawg the criticism is coming from the vfx artists themselves not from lazy people or "crybabies". many vfx artists have spoken out about marvel's poor treatment towards them.

I had a similar reaction to seeing Renee Elise Goldsberry. She looked familiar, so I looked her up and realized she was Angelica Schuyler in Hamilton. Plus Jameela Jamil as the villain? This is an interesting cast. I can't wait to see more!

I have yet to watch episode 1 but everyone's energy in this video has me excited.
***EDIT*** I just watched it. My excitement was warranted. All the reviews on metacritic claiming the show is misandrist with bad CGI are tugging at strings for something to complain about. The CGI in this show rivals what is demonstrated in the theatrical releases and the narrative is simply told from a female perspective. Though it would be easy for this premise to slip into that territory, there was no man-hating.

The first episode was actually good. It's a different feel that I feel like the MCU needs. The only character in the MCU that should have funny and 4th wall moments. Thor and Doctor Strange needs to strictly stay serious cause it just doesn't work for their characters
Hulk also needs to be like that maybe this show could get back the real Hulk because there are a lot of Easter eggs about World War Hulk in the show.
I agree with you on Thor and Dr strange. The funny doesn't do it for the two characters. Might give marvel writers an opportunity to get back the old arrogant stubborn hulk most of us prefered.
@@mohamedfawzy5843 his smart Hulk phase is fun, but its clearly just a phase, so enjoy it while you can. They are keeping Bruce for a reason. His character is always tragic in the end and he cant have a happy ending, if he is not accepting the other guy and it just looks like he managed to put his mind into Hulks body. The Hulk persona is clearly hidden somewhere deep inside him and will probably wake up when that sakaarian thing gets revealed. I think it will be revealed to be his son from Sakaar trying to reach him. As time on Sakaar goes much faster, his son may be already all grown up by now and wanting to meet his father. Hulk will go raging in the future for sure. World War Hulk may be coming ;)
Is this the only show that feels like a direct continuation to Endgame or is it just me? Wandavision, Falcon and Winter Soldier, Loki, and Hawkeye all feel like their own projects but She-Hulk feels like a direct aftermath of Endgame.

Mostly cause we get to heal with Bruce, physically and mentally - his arm gets healed, he gets to remember Tony Stark + in future episodes I hope the show will reveal how the world is functioning right now. We got very vague idea of it in series like Falcon and The Winter Soldier, but it wasnt enough. Here we get to know heroes reception after Endgame, as well as many low tier supervillains and superheroes as well probably.

She Hulk herself was done well but as for Bruce/Smart Hulk he is still an utter joke.
The way the show treats his journey as a joke is a complete disrespect. Being the hulk was a traumatic and isolating experience for Bruce and the way they just poke fun at it and gloss it over is so sad.

Tatiana is She-Hulk and it is really exciting this character made her first ever live-action debut ever and I hope the series introduces us Wyatt Wingfoot since we are getting the Fantastic Four in the MCU and he is the overall romantic interest to Shulkie, that would be exciting to see
