I use to wish that I could get back age (20) or (17) because I had an opportunity to excel in my grades at school and I waste it back then and now I'm (27) at the same school I started in (2015), taken it more seriously because if I waste 2022 like back then. That only mean I have not learn from my mistakes, I said all of this to say use the time when your young wisely because time is moving faster then we think. Having grown up in foster care since the age of 5 I became bitter I suffered with anxiety and depression for over a decade, i felt like a walking zombie I wasn't mentally there. No matter how hard i tried i couldn't snap out of it but 5 months ago something just clicked & i made the conscious decision to work on myself day and night and i havent been the same since i have more energy than ever, i am disciplined, and i believe in myself more than ever before! I am a new person and I thank God for it
