- Pyrotechnic Engineer Scott Navis put on a truly spectacular show that rivals such shows as Chicago's 4th of July Lakefront Fireworks, London's New Years Eve Fireworks and even Disney's Magic Kingdom's Fireworks show. It took 8 months to plan and over 1000 man hours to produce the nearly 15,000 explosions. Some have described the show as fantasick, Heaven, freaking epic, THE backyard show, absolutely insane, backyard show on steroids, probably one of the best firework show videos on youtube, phenomenal!!, effing epic to put it simply, Best backyard fireworks show doesn't do justice, Holy Pyro Jesus and like Willy Wonka put on that show!. Gosh! This was the best fireworks show I've ever seen in private grounds. The house as background of the fireworks seems like an important and iconic landmark. It makes it more iconic than the whitehouse or big ben

I have watched this show from Pyro Nation's channel so many times wishing there was more video because it is so hard to catch with just one camera. I thought that nobody spends this much time and money not to record it for posteriors sake from every angle possible....at the very least!!!!! Well done, this is absolutely INSANE!!!!!! I will; someday, top this! Until then enjoy the throne while you still can!

How did you get them to shoot a show in your backyard? that's amazing!!!!!! Oh it's his house nvm XD so he shoots the show.
I cannot stress this enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I beg of all of you/anyone of you that attend this show that you really protect your ears, they recommend being at least 500 feet away from a professional fireworks display, remember some of these fireworks do explode at a decibel range of 170, and at that close can be very hard and hurtful to your ears, so no matter if it's this show or your local/community show that you attend... if you plan on being that close to the fireworks at this point it's not please do your ears a favor.... it's do your ears a favor and wear hearing protection... it's either you do use ear protection or you permanently damage your hearing and endure hearing loss because being that close you are guaranteed to damage your hearing especially at the length of a 24 minute or longer show of constant 150/170 decibel explosions. But if you're 500 feet away, you'll be fine.
It was a great show but how on earth were they allowed to shoot 10 inch shells in a neighborhood? need at least 700 feet of fallout for those.

Great Show! Were all the fireworks purchased from spirit of 76 or were there some class B fireworks mixed in?
Thanks! The show was put on by volunteer certified pyro technicians and some of the fireworks were class B.

alot of times city shows are not always this good is because citys dont want to spend the money. get a guy who loves fireworks though and has money that changes things lmao

Fantastic show but fire the camera guys. A lot of good products were missed because of certain angles with the house front shot.

That was somewhat intentional - we were trying to avoid a copyright claim. I even overlayed the original audio track over the video timeline but turned it way down. In the end there was a copyright claim anyway.

Despite what it may look like this show was not put on by rich people. The actual pyro cost was 5 figures not 6 and all of the labor was donated. All of the planning, preparation, engineering and setup was for a love of fireworks. We (the lead pyro, his team, my team and I spent a week onsite setting up and cleaning up). Every single volunteer was happy to help and ecstatic with the outcome. I hope you enjoyed the show.
