This is just very superficial knowledge about astrology that this guy talks about. Yes jupiter in 12 house is good but he is just exaggerating a lot of facts. There is more to jupiter in 12th house. There is so many factors that can spoil the placements. He should mention those important facts too. I guess he has not done any research , just read some things about it online and he is bluffing our facts a lot. There is just so much more, you should read other videos.
