I have one thing to say, yoga definitely increases masculinity but when we are channelising our feminine energy and being more open to this energy, to experience and hold a profound energy we also need to have our masculine energy channelised. That's why yoga and meditation should be practiced together. Yoga makes this body enough musculine to sustain the feminine energy and being true ardhanarishwar. I understand the video pov, that you're encouraging those men who are too masculine in nature. You being a male having a masculinity in nature so once you be open to feminine you can experience the profoundness. But as a female or naturally having the feminine nature it's easy to surrender, but it's difficult to sustain the energy within and experience the profoundness of it. I believe before proceeding to advanced practices one should build his/her basics very strong first... And every step in spiritual journey should be taken under supervision of a guru... A Normal being doesn't knows the order or say proper pathway of proceeding ahead... How could he be guided? What could he do ?
Namaskaram. Years ago i had the same problem, wanted to advance in my spirituality but did not have a guru to guide me. I then prayed to god to give me a guru. Some days later my guru found me. May be this can help you find your guru too. Ask god to guide you

I have a meditation experience I was meditating for 2-3 months deep for 4-6 hours after some time suddenly my head got straight into sky my eyes began to cry I felt solid energy force from root to third eye it was very powerful I wasn’t able to control that vibrations I was shivering it was very powerful energy after that happened don’t know how for 4-5 months my body started to wake up at 3 am exactly daily I was obsessed and scared i started hearing and seeing things then I took a break because of you I’m starting that journey again thank you for your guidance ❤

Namaskaram, what should one do if he/she has a tremendous desire to reach the Highest but,doesn't have a physically present guru in life to guide him/her in spiritual journey... I believe before proceeding to advanced practices one should build his/her basics very strong first... And every step in spiritual journey should be taken under supervision of a guru... A Normal being doesn't knows the order or say proper pathway of proceeding ahead... How could he be guided? What could he do ?
Namaskaram. Years ago i had the same problem, wanted to advance in my spirituality but did not have a guru to guide me. I then prayed to god to give me a guru. Some days later my guru found me.
May be this can help you find your guru too. Ask god to guide you

I have a meditation experience I was meditating for 2-3 months deep for 4-6 hours after some time suddenly my head got straight into sky my eyes began to cry I felt solid energy force from root to third eye it was very powerful I wasn’t able to control that vibrations I was shivering it was very powerful energy after that happened don’t know how for 4-5 months my body started to wake up at 3 am exactly daily I was obsessed and scared i started hearing and seeing things then I took a break because of you I’m starting that journey again thank you for your guidance ❤
