Beautifully! Thanks!
Thks helped a lot for my project
Good works beautiful flute 💯💥👌
Chique demais meu mestre 10🤙🙌🎼🎼🎶🎶👏👏👏
What you have made is a soprano flute in C major. If I wanted to make an alto flute in F major, what would the measurements be?
I don't know. You would have to do your own research. It won't be too difficult.
Thanks a lot ⚘⚘👍🏽🌞
U made it ossum bro and thanks to you
That's really good
Love it 😍😍
Very Nice. Thank You.
Clear, and easy
Woow ❤️
Hy dear, one humble question: why de back hole is necessary if it's always closed for all tones?
Looks fun for my daughter since of sound project loo❤❤😊😊
Coll
Love it
App used for tuning: tuner &metronome
Ok... Can u please ping me background soundtrack u used... Its amazing 🤩🤩
Nice 👌👍🤗
Wow super top top
Thank u sooo much I really needed this!
What is the angle of the Labium, ramp, lip ,edge. please.
beautiful
What is the app you used to mesure the secureness of the sound?
Doesn’t work
very nice
where can I find a wooden dowel that is exactly 2.5cm
Bro super o super
Fred Morgan's Hell incarnated xD

Thank you sir

يعطيك السحة مانة🎹🎼🎧🎺🎷
Bro what is the size of hole are all hole size is equal
I will make this
Bhai trumpet kese banate hai uski bhi video daalo
Did you put something in the bottom of the recorder to make a sound? Mine only plays when I cover the bottom with my hand.
No I didn't. You have to check the mouthpiece again
I did the mouth piece pretty close to the video. My recorder doesn’t have any sound besides air when I blow into it. Any ideas why? I’ve got a musical instrument project for my physics class next Thursday and need to figure out how to fix mine or try something else. Any help would be greatly appreciated
@@tpfan3439 first time I made a recorder, it happened for me too. Try pushing back the dowel if it's sticking too much to the lip / window.
@@tpfan3439 DM me on my Facebook page and show me the mouthpiece
@@MNdaTV I can’t seem to find your Facebook but I pushed the mouthpiece down to allow more air through and that worked a bit so I’ll have to fiddle around with that.
Is it necessary to make blowing part pointed?
Yes , if it si broad than it is not easy to play flute
*I have such a problem that instead of a flute I made a whistle because with a gentle blowing there is no sound and with a strong one it is very loud and in the flute it should be the other way around, i.e. a double blow creates a quiet sound and a strong one does not sound what I did wrong ?*
It's a recorder... that's how recorders (and to my knowledge, all fipple flutes) work. Why did you use this tutorial if you wanted the results of a different instrument?
@@moseyonover733 I wanted to make a recorder like you did in the movie, but something else came out, the sound is also produced, but with a very strong blast of air and thanks to it is different than in the recorder
أنك رائع😈😉😆😬🙌🙆👅💞💛
What is the back hole for and how did you make the f note?
The back hole if for changing to a higher register. F is all fingers down except your middle finger
I’m having trouble making a sound when blowing. Is it the cork I used or the whistle part of the recorder?
The Dogster your supposed to use wood, not cork
Your fibble (that little slope) might be misaligned, or the angle of the slope might not be right. Rotate the peg or file it some more.
@@bigbaddylifts60 you can use either
What can I use instead of the little piece of wood
Cork
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🌹🌹🎶🎶
Dude you never give the size of the hole that slipt the air.
Well the size of the hole was about 1/4 inch (or 6 mm) but the hole size of the wedge doesnt need to be exact, the size of the wedges wont change the pitch. As long as its a decent sized drill bit, you can use whatever sizw you wish.
@@forgingflame the measurements for that arent exact either, the true measurements you need are the inside diameter of the pipe (1/2 inch in this case) and the length from the top of the supply hole (right before the wedge) to the top of the instrument (the end you blow into). The incline just needs to be shallow (1 or 2 degrees) and increase towards the wedge. I would suggest between 1/16 or 1/8 inch on the shallower side, and slowly sand where needed to get the air to split well. And the incline has to be straight, there cant be any curves in the air path. But the inclines measurements dont have to be exact
@@forgingflame the Supply hole to the wedge doesnt change the pitch, the initial pitch is indicated by the length and diameter of the tupe, and that other pitches are based on the diameter of the holes and the placement along the flute. The reason for no sound could honestly be anything. It could improper placement of your dowel, a bad wedge, too deep of an incline, etc. Flutes and instruments like them are very delicate to make, and normally your first attempt wont play well, if at all. Dont be discouraged tho, everyone goes through that. You may just want to start from scratch, take your time with it and get it as accurate as your current skills can achieve, the more attention and time you put into it the better outcome you can get.
@@forgingflame does the instrument have to be a recorder? If time is your enemy and you were set on a wind instrument, i would highly suggest the Backyard Bowyer's pvc 6 hole flute
Bhai bn ja raha h lekin सही से आवाज नहीं आ पा रहा h
very dificulta with out meters
Where to get that cork Sir. Thnks
1/2 inch thick wooden dowel, got mine at a hardware store
What applications is for tuning the flute?
You can use any instrument tuner
@@MNdaTV okay, thank you
o my god
OMG thinks I am so getting an A😙😄😇😆👑
It sounds like a violin?!?!😯😯😯
Sadly mine did not work but just gave me a headache
Why didnt it worked for me?
Which part didn't worked for you?
@@MNdaTV the part where i had to blow to make sound
@@MNdaTV and i need a substitution for the cork
This did not work at all
If anybody posts in the comments that they found this video helpful and they were able to successfully follow along and make a recorder of their own, I'm going to immediately call that person on their bullshit. While this video is interesting to watch, without a set of detailed instructions, that's all this video is. Just interesting to watch. Impossible to follow along, though, unless you already know how to make a PVC recorder. In which case, you wouldn't need to watch the video to begin with.
Loser talk😄
Actually I thought it was quite easy to follow along, and my recorder works very well
