Yep, we just go to grizzco immediately and start playing. I don't buy clothes or weapons or really go to the shop to buy items because I don't need them, I'm never playing other modes.
Personnally I go to Harmony every other day (for the calming music) and collect Grizzco rewards when I see a big number (btw you can't accumulate more than 99 rewards). But it's so annoying, I understand why people would skip it.
I mainly play Salmon Run. I check all the shops each day, Collect my Grizzco rewards after finishing up playing for the day, and grab my catalogue reward from Harmony each day.
If you mean pools, then it's "salmonrun" sometimes. You might catch me hosting private job games every now and then, so be prepared for 2 player HLM games.
