White House plans to propose tougher standards for migrants seeking asylum

- The Biden administration plans to propose a new rule Thursday aimed at speeding up the asylum claims process for some migrants - a potential prelude to broader actions from President Joe Biden later this year that would impose a bigger crackdown at the border.
It's meant to affect migrants with criminal records or those who would otherwise be eventually deemed ineligible for asylum in the United States. The proposal, which the Department of Homeland Security plans to announce on Thursday, was confirmed by four people familiar with its contents who were granted anonymity to detail plans not yet public.

I think you got it all wrong, they are a gift , don't call them illegals, call them our guests and Kamala is going to entertain them and take them around the White House, show them around and give them a nice meal, send them to the White House as a gift to the president and the vice president and while they attend to them, find another person to be the president and do their job. Same with DAs that are not doing their job, have them attend to the documented people, and put someone else in charge, it's that easy. Newsom and Base can take care of them, they are our guests and a gift, ask them about where they came from and you can have them on CNN and CNBC. Please take their jobs away and keep them with the guests, so we can achieve something this year that is more important than giving our money away. And while you're at it, send the homeless with them to the White House so they can see the extent of the problem. they see everything as a gift and they are not accepting the gift.
