Die Hard is definitely a Christmas movie! The soundtrack has Christmas music, there’s Santa hats, a Christmas party, and even a Christmas miracle.

ONE guy got tired of his girlfriend always wanting to watch the Hallmark Christmas movies sooo... A Tradition Was Born (the fight will go on till the end of time)
100 years from now people won't remember that bread used to come Un Sliced nore will they know who Bruce Willis was. BUT the fight will still linger on.

Happy new year!!! I do have to agree with your brother, Die Hard is absolutely a Christmas movie. It takes place on Christmas, and it has a bit of a Christmas plot if I am remembering correctly. There are some movies that I just have to say are Christmas movies and this one makes my list for sure.

Alan Rickman's diaries are great! Such a warm and funny book. I recently purchased it myself and read it immediately, laughing, feeling surprised, but also sometimes crying. It's so great that they decided to release the diaries so that everybody could read them. Makes us miss Alan even more. Rest in peace

Die Hard is NOT a Christmas movie. They aren’t at a Christmas party they are at a party celebrating a milestone for the company, they just happened to hit that milestone during the Christmas season. The fact that it is Christmas has no bearing on the story. You could set it at any other time of year and nothing would change.
Alan Rickman’s Madly Deeply is so wonderful! He’s such a cheeky funny charismatic intelligent person, and it reflects in his diaries ❤

@@cherrywallisthat's easy to say when you have a family that actually cares about gifting you something to show they care. Meanwhile there are those of us who get nothing AT ALL or if something, a half assed gift that you didn't even put in the wishing list. Everyone else around me gets everything they want and every god damn year I'm disappointed and cry myself to sleep when everyone else is happy. I wish I was a part of a normal loving family like this.

YES! Die hard 1 is and always will be a Christmas movie must! Granted it can be seen every season and day of the year…but it is for me, one of those movies that give me instant christmas feels, so I am sorry to say, but your brother is right there 😁 It’s a bit like watching Ivanhoe and Jönssonligan får guldfeber( swedish movie) during the week before new years eve ❤

Happy New Year, Cherry! Your Christmas sounds lovely, and surrounded by all those fantastic and thoughtful gifts. I'm sure you gave as good as you got. I'm so happy for you that your hosting went so well. It was just my mom, my sister and me. We had a very low key, relaxing Christmas. All your gifts were great. "Die Hard" is a Christmas movie, but I would disagree that it's the best and story I disagree with "Elf" as well. I guess I'm seriously old fashioned but I still consider "Its a Wonderful Life" as the best Christmas movie ever. The Ancestry DNA kit is great,. We all did ours a few years ago. Some of it was such a surprise. We always knew we were a mixed bunch, German, Irish, Danish etc, but we also found we were part Nigerian. It was such a surprise, not an unpleasant one, just totally out of the blue. My sister and I were always told that our paternal grandfather was part Native American, but we have no Native American at all. I hope you get your results soon and are pleased with the results. We were really tickled when we got ours, what a talking point with family and friends. Enjoy your time off. Hope you are doing something fun and resting up. Can't wait for the videos coming in the new year. Hope 2023 gets better with personal experiences and global happenings. The World needs some good things to come to it. Love and peace!

ohh man i love starchild, best witch shop ever. i'm not a fan of the new shop as they moved from the courtyard and used to have this AMAZING door, it looked like a door from Rivendell it was amazing and the shop was so witchy but the new shop is just to modern looking for me but their herbs and candles are top notch, it's where i get my herbs and candles from. and it's always fun to visit.
