The email option where you rush to click a link is the only option Besides that try calling them (they don’t pick instantly retry after a while finally someone may pick up )
yeah it is the worst been trying to find answers on how to do it but nothing, noone is actually telling me exactly what they did lol. i called them and they said theys nothing they can do and to just keep trying the links, which is impossible. and i'm also running out of time. @@khiilara

As an au pair you have to look after 3 years and above, so the age that works for you is up to you
And then for the whole process how much did you use??
I think for everyone the amount spent is different for me I spent less than ksh 50k because my host family paid for my flight.
