I get emotional watching this as this reminds me of the late President Marcos. The music the background setup was amazing. Its an historic event. Huwag na natin balikan ang nakaraan , the Philippines is moving forward with a big change and President Marcos Jr. will make this possible as what his father has done for the Philippines. Honestly? My eyes almost dropped dahil sa laki ng hanga ko sa modern style ng outfit at kulay ng damit ni Sen. Imee!!!!They are all looking decent and elegant, pero Sen. Imee's modern Terno Filipiniana gown (I think that is what they call it) stands out in the overall crowd! I love it and was really awesome!!!!! Bagay na bagay niya! She has a real good aesthetic taste!!! Shall I call it an iconic celebrity outfit??? so classy, stylish.....just name it!!! Simply stylish but beautiful! In old french language we say: debonair. soigné!!!!
However, that was a simple and solemn inauguration ceremony!!! I love the speech of President Marcos JR. He is sincere, he is aware and knowledgeable of what's happening , he is giving his heart and soul for PUBLIC service and HE IS PREPARED AND READY TO SERVE!!! Recalling our former Pres. Duterte's speech -- they seem to have similar context in their speeches. Both of which are very smart, wit and full of wisdom!!! Their speeches both allow us to think of big hope and look for the good future. To President Marcos Jr: best wishes to this new journey as the new leading man of the country!
