luka is the only player i know that can have a 30 minute highlight real in a single 7 game series, partly cuz 100% of the offense goes thru him when he is on the court but still for someone to be that efficient on the offensive end is crazy

I grew up watching basketball in the 80's & 90's, with my Dad, who loved the competition between Larry Bird & Magic Johnson, and they were my favorite players as well. Larry edging a little higher for me, only because he was so different, unique, & exciting to watch, and until this video today, I just watched with you guys, I can honestly say, that while Luka, is not quite on the level of Larry Bird yet, but his game, uniqueness, & strengths, are so similar! I never thought I would see another player, that would even come close to Larry Legend đThanks for introducing me to Luca!!!

Yes, watching Luka his rookie season I instantly was reminded of how instantly dominant Magic was in LA waaaaayyyyy back when. But also, he has some Jason Kidd in him too.
if he can be as fast as magic, Luka can be better than Magic. ngl, ik Luka isn't freakishly athletic, but he definitely has the potential to take his athleticism to the next level.
He's very good in reading passes, if he's athletic he can play defense, get some steals, and start fast breaks like showtime did

Glad to see the brothers getting behind a superstar white guy! I remember seeing his name for the first time. I said "who is this guy??" Seeing how personal Luka takes competition, I believe in my mind (objective) and heart (MFFL) that Luka would not leave Dallas *unless/until he were to win at least two championships - essentially hitting all the "achievement points"; (1) we'll throw in RotY CHECK, (2) 3x All-NBA CHECK, (3) 3x All-Star CHECK, he'll need (4) MVP, which I think is obvious he will win in Dallas soon, (5) an NBA championship, (6) a second NBA championship to usurp Dirk Nowitzki as the greatest Maverick ever.
Maybe people (even MFFL) will come for me, for this comment, haha. Dirk Nowitzki is my absolute role model, and has been a significant inspiration in my life.
