Bars&Tone, my wheel nuts only come loose with those tires. Not sure why? I just put my 800kv max 5 back in. Best stunting setup is stock tires, stock motor with 15 tooth wfo pinion 33 tooth spur. You also need a controller you can turn down the power. It’s a stunt machine. We will see what I can do today testing pretty much your setup. Great video! I’m glad your happy with the setup. Nose dive ouch!!! What brand gears are you using? I shred thinner gears in one run.

I use my Makita XDT15R1B brushless impact wrench. Mine never come off. I also use 24mm hub nuts. They work better than that tiny stock Xmaxx nut. You just have to make the hole in the middle bigger with one of those drill step drill bits.
@@joseCalderon1976 yeah the xmaxx has tiny nuts lol. Seriously though the upgrade from those tiny nuts to big nuts made a big difference.

Jus got it put back together today, in time for the rain, rain rain! *also also,you should get the Proline shocks. Like 430$ but they are butter smooth!
Stick blue Loctite on those wheel nuts on that X-Maxx. You will be golden then.

I just ordered a brushless senton to try out arrma's smaller rigs. I have an Xmaxx and outcast 6s exb, and there's not many places I've found to turn them loose.

It really is, not only is it versatile for whatever motor combo you want to use but it also helps support that center drive shaft.

I have been selfriteing mine for 2 yrs almost never had a problem. Use the ser button. Dont do it yourself. The giro make the wheels slow and speed up. It is actually very easy on truck. Try it if you want 😉

They really are fun trucks to mess with, ive had alot of tumbles and even smacked a brick wall at about 10-20mph and only bent a shock spring.

Granite is a cool truck . Never had one but looked at them before . I anxious to see the ryft with those lockers . I took mine out Sunday . Just can't figure it out . To much torque twist . With a sway bar . IDK .
The rear locker helped a lot with the twist but I just got the other two lockers in last night so I’ll do a video with it now.
I'm excited to see how that works out . I hope it helps . If not I'm about done with that one . Its a cool rig just don't like how it drives or handles . Thanks 🤟
What diffs do you run? I have an XRT and I’m just running through difs like no tomorrow. I do have upgraded differentials and they are shimed pretty well and even after shimming, I only get one run in before my diffs blow and it is always the ring and pinion?
Obviously make sure your opinion is good or not chewed up but honestly, I still had a lot of problems with mine near the end before I sold mine. The car was fun, but I just broke too many things all the time.
