The pact military agreement between Japan and the Philippines must be seen based on their being able to live up accordingly to what is fair to each other. Both of these countries are in need of each other, to support each other to live and protect each other from any of human or natural made catastrophe. Japan is a good country to deal with in any form of agreement; they are sincere people and they live by principle, not by greed. I did study Asian Philosophy and Japan is one that look up to. China has its philosophers with their philosophies too, but they are not seen in China's ways of living form within and from without. What I have seen in China is unimaginable greed and deceits. I do not know where those unimaginable greed and deceits in China are coming from. So, China must understand why Philippines has to make a military pact agreement to Japan. Japan is a country where we can see reason, and not greed, sincerity and not deceits.
