Rou was the who made the server. The reason was cos he wanted to have a space/ server where they can freely build watever n whenever they want. He then invited Krisis to join in the server
I think part of the reason is bcs some heroes are new to minecraft (eg. Kagetsu, Wen) and they wanna join another server to learn about minecraft basics first before going into the niji server :D
