Is the radio apk see what chipset you have and go on xda and find and replace that radio.apk

android 7.1 stereo. I have the same problem. I put in a ticket like @Tag name Grimkiller suggested about 5min ago. see what happens I guess.

android 6.0.1 for me....no sound on Music and Video.....normal sound on FM
