Cybersecurity is the obligation of server administrators. Nothing special needs to be done that costs extra. If they are running Linux OS, security tools are free (FOSS). Here is a partial list: Firewalld, tls, mod_security, fail2ban, rkhunter, permissions, portsentry, nikto, mod_evasive, selinux, mrtg, ssh, ... There are dozens more tools, and hundreds of configuration options that harden a server. None of them costs any money. So I seriously do not understand what this cybersecurity tax is about. Nigerian leaders are truly evil people.
I live in Kazakhstan, my bank charges 4.5usd per year. Yes only per year for maintenance. You won't get any other charge at any time even if you transfer money every minute and the bank services here are at a speed of light. Payment with qr and one bank app does everything from shopping to travel to bus transport to little buyings to everything you can think of here. We have a long way to go back home
