I did not want to permanently install this dashcam to be ready for other systems. That's why I did not do the cable management as if it was a final installation. Sorry
Thanks. It's a pity that there is no adhesive tape on the rear camera. Do we have to pierce the plastic to mount the rear camera? There may not be a suitable screwing place in every vehicle.
To be honest I hated to drill holes in the plastic of my car. I wish there was a different solution

It's almost impossible to find anything on playback mode, as there are just too many to scroll through.

I just checked. Unfortunately this option is not available, not even on the AZDOME M580, that I am currently reviewing, One way to ensure events are captured and stored is to reduce the sensitivity from the G-sensor
What is the function of the clear film applied to the windshield?
I was hoping that it would be a Polarized filter to reduce glare. But it wasn't. It is simply a protection film for the windshield so you don't have to put the camera adhesive directly on the glass
I have the issue of only 20 second of recording and no matter what I do I can’t fix it can you help? I did reformat I reset I a even did the se card removal with having it off the power but it still won’t record longer than 25 seconds

It has EVENT recording and it puts those clips in an extra folder
why do they say ,its a permanent installation ??....we cant remove it...
because it is adhesive film, not a suction cup, that you could easily remove and reposition. With adhesive, you have one shot. Sure you can take it off, but after the first time you might need to replace the adhesive film.
Can you leave these in the car during the hot summers or will it ruin it?
I think this dashcam is good even in extremely hot weather.
