This workout emphasizes ski-specific movement skills you’ll perform on the slopes. It can be performed at home without equipment (though mini-bands and sliders recommended, weights optional). This workout includes dynamic stretching, plyometrics, bodyweight strength, light HIIT cardio, and a recovery session. Enjoy!
