- Yesterday, October 24, USPS announced a preview of the stamps for 2023. There were 23 new stamps shown in the press release and today we're going through them: one by one.

I should do a follow up video soon, but my favorite from the newer releases is the Strega Nona stamps, which should be coming out in May.

Glad for new postcard stamps - I have only had the coral/fish ones and am growing tired of them (never knew about the barns). Love the fox and wish that one was a postcard stamp, too! And really like the "thinking of you" ones.
I grew up and lived near the Tamaqua train station up until just recently! It's a restaurant now. It's exciting that it will be on a stamp, I am definitely buying that set.

There are some relly nice stamps among these. As someone who's active on postcrossing I'm sad that most of our stamps here in Germany are so unappealing, especially the new ones 🥴
The winter creatures look so very cute! I wish the Toni Morrison stamp was more creative and artful.
Agree on the Toni Morrison portraits, I think it's better than most of the portrait stamps, but I wish there was something that showed more of her work somehow

I feel like the stamps should be designed in the year (and preferably the month) they are released to better represent the current mood.
I’m excited for the $0.40 foxes! I love putting lots of different stamps on my mail to friends and family and for postcrossing, so I like having lots of options. Other than that I’m most excited about the endangered species stamps, or the puppies and kittens.

I would recommend always buying from usps.com or the post office. there are a bunch of scams online that are trying to imitate the USPS website, so try and keep an eye out
