wow, this looks good, I plan to try it for my Cambodian friends, they also use green papaya in soups and also in spicy salad. Not sure if the asian market has pepper leaves though.
@sablo75 Yup! Not only that, but tephlon & aluminum pots are not good for cooking. Aluminum causes Alzheimers and the fumes from the tephlon isn't good. Most rice cookers have aluminum pots. I use stainless steel and cook rice over the stove. I think I own one 8-inch tephlon pan, which I use once in a blue moon.
