I got to see a lot of the new Two Rivers development on my way to a doctor's appointment in Zephyrhills. Definitely will look into that community because Wesley Chapel is so over crowded now. I also like Lutz, but it's more expensive since it's closer to Tampa.
I’m moving from Franklin, tn to WC and am excited to hear about these mixed use properties. WC seems very generic with no charm, and that’s what I was going to miss. We have a lot of areas here in Franklin that are mixed use and they are super cute and usually offer so much to do. I really wish there were an area like a true downtown still though.
I like Sprouts but people usually ask me about Trader Joe’s so that’s why I mentioned it. The footprint seems like it won’t be a Sprouts. But we will see!

There is a HUGE new development by Lennar called Angeline off SR 52 that'll have a large 55+ community. Not Wesley Chapel but right off the SunCoast and very convenient to Tampa.

Sprouts is opening along with a Caribou Coffee in the SE corner of 54 and Collier in Land O Lakes, only about 15mins away.
