soo glad you talked about the low blood sugar...I had hypoglycemia to the point of coma...it never goes over 4 even after eating...and for years I was on a strict diet ...and had to work in not too stressful jobs etc...Thank you for talking about it

I was just talking about care giving with a friend today. It is ironic that after spending our lives caring for a family and raising kids, that then the time comes when parents need us to care for them or grown kids come home. The time to smell the roses is not a "stop moment" time, but learning to do it while navigating the various challenges in life:) Finding balance between giving of yourself, but then finding time to step back and take a few deep breathes and get in touch with what renews you.

I can relate on the subject of diabetes brought up during the podcast. My uncle has it as well. He had to have some of his toes removed. Witnessing the effects of diabetes sure did open my eyes on on balancing my diet.

Camilla just tells the truth............SEEKING a happy, peaceful and healthy household............PRACTICE DOING BETTER CONSISTENTLY............SHAPING HERSELF many told her what to do.....................DECISIONS MADE BY YOUR FEAR [terrified gut reaction] OR YOUR ENLIGHTENED SIDE which can evolve...........BETTER TOGETHER tv..............Camilla "just try one bite"......getting to her healthy place.....her family lives on a farm.....moved to her aunt here at 15 years old........left challenging middle class life in brazil..............she wanted TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT WITH HER LIFE........she told her mom, she was not coming back to brazil......her aunt took her to modeling agencies.........................THE EXCHANGE RATE made her have to work..........her daddy said, "you have to know how to take care of your house and everything"...........SHE WAS CLEANING HOUSES and take ENGLISH CLASSES......what's next??? work in RESTAURANTS and hostess and ENGLISH OPENED DOORS.....then her friends gave her a PILE OF MONEY TO GO TO NEW YORK TO MODEL.................practice doing BETTER CONSISTENTLY......................STAGES IIN LIFE.................have a broader conversation..............inside and outside STUNNING......it is a brazilian tendency to be firm, fair and good with boundaries.....
