All jokes aside Audley is a critical figure in British boxing. Before the 2000 Olympics, British boxers had struggled since the 80's as "amateur" boxing got more professional. Audley, almost by himself, got massive funding for British amateur boxers to level the playing field.
After the 2000 games he brought boxing back to mainstream media, who never cared about the sport outside of big fights. Prior to Audley, UK boxers were often fighting for world titles in leisure centres in front of 1500 people.
Audley changed all that. He got Eddie in to promoting, and like him or not Eddie has taken UK boxing to another level. Boxers today get well paid better, better opportunities and fight in stadiums regularly.
He made life hard for himself, but Audley did a lot of good too for boxing in the UK and we need to give him some credit for that.
Jokes aside he was like wilder of today
Nothing good comes easy. Eddie now you're successful but the beginnings was rough. This story shows that taking one step after another will lead to success.

David Haye, how underrated. Maybe Usyks performance against Chisora, highlights how good Haye was moving up from cruiser to heavyweight (btw I think Usyks performance was mastery)
I think Haye also underachieved massively. At one stage in his career he had everything - in and out of the ring. He had a good career, but I honestly think he could have been a megastar if one or two things had gone differently.
I dont know how people dislike Eddie Hearn, he's a genuine laugh.
