Thank you for this review and the excellent color description. I struggle with color and felt shaded biscuit would wash me out, I have very fair skin. I still want a neutral to cool blonde and I think shaded sand just might work for me so thanks again for the color explanation it really helps❣️

This wig is so on trend, and just gorgeous. I don't wear heat friendly but it's pretty. Love how you compared these colors - so helpful! (I wear Mila by Jon Renau which is similar but regular fiber). Great review! Thanks!

I just ordered a clearance wig from Patti’s Pearls in SS Sand. I usually purchase ss biscuit. Thanks for this review as I’m not questioning whether the color will be too warm now!!!

I love that you compared those 2 colors, that's just what I needed. My wig is out of shaded biscuit so I'm going to be trying shaded Sand!! I also loved seeing wavy day vs Simmer too!! Because I had Simmer but it was a bit too short for me!!

I love all your videos and your styles always look absolutely beautiful on you. I do wish you would show your wigs in natural light as well so that we could see what the color application looks like. I know that with the studio and stage lighting that the blonde looks super blonde and I’ve purchased wigs thinking they were going to be super blonde in Shaded Biscuit and it turns out they are a darker version. Would you consider showing your colors in natural light as well as studio lighting so that we could see the true color. I love the light and bright Shaded Biscuit but I have been so disappointed in some that I have purchased in shaded biscuit that are much darker and almost as dark is shaded cappuccino with the color application and it’s so hard to tell with CZcams videos! Thanks so much! I ordered current events in Shaded sand based on somebody’s review and it is so dark compared to what I thought it was going to be and much darker than what yours appears in your video. It’s just so hard when you guys have to film with studio lights and we can’t get the true color. I’m not knocking you at all because I understand, but it’s just so hard to tell what shaded biscuit you’re going to get and it’s my favorite color but only the light version as on Simmer, Mesmerized, Flirt Alert, Wavy Day especially is gorgeous in Shaded Biscuit. but I have Nice Moves, Free Time and one other one that are so dark and there’s no bright blonde in them at all and it’s so disappointing when you get one of those and you’re expecting that light bright highlight around the face and you get a dark beige blonde with barely a highlight at all. I’m not sure if you’ve ever ordered one that has gotten a dark color application but it’s quite disappointing and I just never return Wigs… It’s just not worth it❣️
Hi Christina! Thank you so much for sharing this feedback. We will pass this suggestion along to management to see if Erynn can incorporate this into her videos somehow. We agree that it can be difficult to know the true color due to studio lighting, computer monitor settings, etc. We want to point out that colors can vary from piece to piece as well, so the color application on Erynn's Wavy Day can and will be different from someone else's Wavy Day in the same color. This is because manufacturers are allowed up to a 20% difference from piece to piece, and that difference can show up in the fiber, the color, the cap, etc. The difference can either be minimal or drastic. We are always looking for more ways to improve our videos, however, so we will definitely take your feedback into consideration.🥰❤

The wig looks great on you. I would like to know if the wefts are noticeable in strong winds. That would be my concern with lace wigs. Thank you for the information 😊
In the lace mono top area, there are no wefts, so that will have the appearance of scalp if someone happens to see you from above. As for the wefts in the sides and back, they can sometimes be visible in strong winds if someone is close enough to you. Since this has dark roots, it helps to hide the wefts though.❤ One quick fix is to put the wig in a loose low ponytail if the winds start to pick up 😊
This wig looks lovely on you as does the colour. Would you say SS sand is a warm shade or neutral? I wear belle tress tres leches blonde which is Mir neutral, so I’m wondering if this one is similar? I don’t really like warm blondes, but love Shaded Biscuit too which is cool but not too ashy 😊
It is more of a neutral. It's similar to SS biscuit but has a hint of beige/yellow.
Do you prefer wavy day to peerless 14? I'm not sure which to order.
They are very similar!

Hi Patricia! Wavy Day in Shaded Sand is Erynn's all-time favorite wig😊 There are some major differences between these two pieces, while they do look somewhat similar. Wavy Day has a monofilament top and wefted sides, with a lace front. It also does not have a bang at all (11.5" at the front). Peerless 14" has a center monofilament part and wefted sides, with a lace front. It has a bang (5"-6.5"). Peerless 14" is a couple of inches longer than Wavy Day overall. Wavy Day is only 12.5" at its longest point (crown). You can also expect Belle Tress' heat-friendly fibers to hold up better over time than Raquel Welch's. We hope this helps🥰🥰

I really like the look of this wig with the long front, no real bangs. They always fall on my face and I can never get them to stay back. Can you tell me how this wig feels? Is it a rough texture or soft/silky texture? You didn't mention it in the video. I like to be able to run my fingers through it without catching or tangling.

Wavy Day feels amazing and very smooth. Raquel Welch's fibers are known for feeling and looking amazing and natural🥰 Since this is HD fiber, if it falls in your face, you can use heat to train the fibers to lay away from your face. Or, you can spray the front sections with wig hairspray, twist them back, bobby pin in place, and let it sit for a few hours.
You can run your fingers through this and any of our wigs, however, they can develop tangles just like regular bio hair would. Especially with this one being longer, it will have friction against your clothes that can cause tangles. We recommend combing it out after every wear, however, use a wide tooth comb so you don't separate the waves much😊
Would it be possible to cut some shorter bangs and train them?

Do you think Shaded sand would be the same as Jon Renau mailbu blonde? I like the lighter root not the medium or dark root.
Hi! They won't be the same, but they are fairly close. You can expect Malibu Blonde to have more golden tones than SS Sand. ❤
Would you say you prefer this over simmer elite?
Erynn loves Wavy Day and now considers this her new all-time favorite! She loves that it is like a grown-out Simmer.💕 Something to consider is that Simmer Elite is hand-tied, while Wavy Day is monofilament top with wefted sides and back.
Did you have to wash this wig to make it look good before wearing?
Hi Lisa! No, you won't have to wash it to give it this style. How the wig is shown here is how it appears right out of the box new😊 With alternative hair, of course, there's always the possibility of "box hair" where the fibers lay in odd directions because of temperature changes during shipping/storing. If you get one with box hair, washing it will help it lay the way it's intended. Hairspray or a hot tool (for HD fibers) will also help combat box hair ❤
