- In this final installment of the Ischia Porto/Ischia Ponte walking tour, you will walk down one of the most popular streets on the island, Corso Vittoria Colonna (beginning at time 15:35). The walk was filmed on September 15th, 2018 at around 4pm. The walk begins at La Mandra Beach and ends near the ferry terminal in Ischia Porto. I met a fellow CZcamsr at the Port who was kind of enough to offer me a drink. He lives in Ischia and makes cool spear fishing videos. Check out his CZcams channel Akiller - / 4k1ll3x

I loved this! The streets of Ischia are full of beautiful bright colorful buildings. The romantic restaurants are right on the boardwalk, with a view of the water setting up for their evening guest. Busy people walking, sunbathing, and shopping. I felt like I had escaped and enjoyed the vacation myself.

Emu mother spent the last 19 years of her life in Ischia, Lacco Ameno to be exact. I spent many weeks each year visiting her and watching this brought tears to my eyes. I have shopped at many of the stores on the Corso, and a friend of my mom owns a restaurant on the waterfront where you walked. I hope one day before I die to go back for one last visit to this heaven on earth. Thank you.

Hey, you're welcome. There is another ferry port at Casamicciola Terme. I've been there but have always taken the ferry into main port.
