Thank you for the interview. My son had decreased calprotectin from 220 to 17 after getting blue blocking tint on his prescription glasses and eating more shrimp and pork. Wow!!!!! I just wrote a song about all this after spending 40 hours of listening to interviews and reading 4 books and lots of blogs. You may be interested in it. Thank you for your insight and knowledge. It’s been said it’s not possible to produce enough vitamins d through the sun alone. Do you agree ? Supplement in addition to sunlight ? Also , how does the daily sun impact aging (uva breaking down collagen and elastin ..causing wrinkles and sagging )? Also curious about the oysters -Would the high zinc block copper levels ? Any concerns about mercury in the seafoods ? Thank you!!!

primAdonna vevo deuterium has always been around it just takes time to build up to where you can’t excrete it as well as you did when you’re young. It’s in the food we eat and our water. A plant produces it in its fruit as a way to spread its seeds. That’s why fruit is sweet so that animals will eat it and by way of pooping the seeds out somewhere the plant or tree can propagate itself. It’s pretty interesting to learn about it. Dr Boros , and Dr Anne Cooper have quite a bit online about it. The Center for Deuterium Depletion is a great resource.

I'd like to support this young man, because I like his message and his ambiiton; but 1. I refuse to use Instagram/FB, so which there was another way he disseminated his tidbits of info 2, doesn't appear to be any activity on his you tube channels in over a year or 2 and I notice he never reponds to comments 3. He has no glasses that would fit my face as a smaller woman, but I need prescription lenses and he doesn't do those I have to use another company

I admire anyone trying to better their health and life, but saying making lots of money is essential to your journey is a little sad. Instead of working to change base societial habits and conditions, you all just jet off to mexican resorts, buy your expensive seafood etc. I know your own personal health comes first but of self sacrifice is a missing virtue in many people. Jack insists on layering his message in piles of his intellectual posturing, even when interviewers ask him for basic info on what changes people can make he avoids answering directly. Taking flights across the world and leaving your people behind is not the answer. Jack and his followers are privilged westerners with the income to pursue these possibilities. I can't really reconcile the way him and his followers approach the subject of health, it seems to me keeping it a small club is inherent to the way they go about it.
I also question putting all your faith in someone who blatantly lies about stupid things like Jack has done by posting photos of muscular men and claiming they are pics of him etc. People need to be more generous and virtuous in their character if they want to help people on a wider scale. Private resort meetings and paywalled content is not the way to elevating humanity. None of these individual pursuits matter in this material world. Your personal sphere of health is meaningless if the message is constricted to a lucky few.

so the fuck what. Even getting on a good diet is gonna be for a small group of people cos most people just don't have the discipline or the money to just eat right.

The sunrise is free at any latitude on earth. You can take your clothes off at any latitude on earth for free and sunbathe most days for 3 quarters of the year. The cold tap in your shower/bath is free. Canned seafood is very cheap. Blue blocking software on your phone and computer is free. Blue blocking glasses are fairly cheap and a one off purchase.
I'm failing to see the "priviledge" here.

Ability to produce energy and no biochemical understanding.
Umm Sunlight is an important factor but the metabolic biochemistry for functional. Mitochondria relies on extremely complex proteins Co enzymes and other basic substrates up regulating electron transfer will help but it isn't the whole picture. These need to be available and be converted via various pathways ie citric acid cycle. Any failure in any part of these, chronic inflammation, high carbon sugar diets poor breathing and lack of sunshine yes but.. Dysregulation is more likely to be insufficient micro nutrients and sunlight etc disrupted sleep cycles etc. His theory on Neanderthals isn't correct ie the brain overheats they traded off this to colonize colder climates, there are bits sound OK generally very strange lots of pieces missing.
