You should check out “The Fat Electrician” he does some amazing videos about crazy and unbelievable historical events and people
You have to understand that these military weapons in this video are just what the civilian population knows about. Think about the stuff we're not allowed to know. 🤯
Like the Stargate?
There really isn't that much, but it's more fun to think there is. Most of it can be pieced together by the public contracts. Only details and implementations are usually secret. For instance, we knew since the start that we had stealth programs and eventually working planes, but we still don't know the make-up of the composites that allow them to reduce their reflectivity. It's a good thing for your enemies to know what you have, as long as it stays better than theirs.
@@DreamingVoid The Northrop Grumman B-21 Raider is an American strategic bomber under development for the United States Air Force (USAF) by Northrop Grumman. As part of the Long Range Strike Bomber (LRS-B) program, it is to be a long-range, stealth intercontinental strategic bomber for the USAF, able to deliver conventional and thermonuclear weapons.[2][3][4] The Air Force intends the B-21 to replace the Rockwell B-1 Lancer and Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit by 2040, and possibly the Boeing B-52 Stratofortress after that.[5]

And while I’m sure we do have some crazy shit kept on lock, the main purpose of a military ford is deterrence, so you need everyone around the world to already know what you can do and to respect that, so the gov wouldn’t want to hide all that much. *Most* of what is hidden in terms of hardware is likely just r&d that might make it into weapons and might not.
It's cool seeing some of these jets and knowing that I've made parts that get assembled in the engines. Especially the F135 engine that goes in the F-35

You should definitely check out the Fat Electrician - Operation Praying Mantis. Great recap of a naval battle from the 80s. Interesting and funny. Happy 4th!
I was forward deployed in Japan with the Navy on a carrier.
How long does it take from the US port to get to the Japanese port? I don't like the Navy as Ships on the water are a slow form of transport compared to airplanes. I bet it would take a Week of sailing to travel to Japan or 2 weeks or so.
We now have two operational ford class carriers in the waters and a brand new ship to replace some other ships in the fleet. The ford class is a behemoth but adds a new laser defense system to stop missiles and small boats. The ford class also was completely redesigned on the interior to allow ammunition to bypass a lot of the halls directly into the main hangar. The kitchen was also redesigned to be easily supplied by its own corridor. The plane launch system was completely overhauled from a steam launcher to an electro magnetic launcher, it’s similar to how maglev trains work. It’s very efficient and there’s still room for upgrades if they want. It’s the current pinnacle of military engineering.
The deck is hardened to take the force of F35 engines in VTOL mode since it used to scorch the deck
Our military has been getting its butt kicked by the Houthis in Yemen. This video is propaganda.
A Navy recruiter once stopped me when I had gone back to my high school to pick up some records. He put things into a different perspective for me. He pointed out that 95% of America's firepower is her nuclear weapons. Of the nuclear weapons 70% are concentrated into the Navy. The majority of the Navy's nuclear weapons are carried aboard submarines. I, then, realized where a nation truly needs their best and brightest.
I was an F15E crew chief for 15 years. Nothing can beat it, not even these newfangled jets. Seen a crop of 8 F-22 fighters taxi down to EOR during a Red Flag years back…two of them barely made it up into the sky. The others broke and got towed back to their spots before takeoff. Never was impressed…but I did watch the backseater in my jet at a Maple Flag put a guided bomb through a three foot hole from 20 miles out while the jet was in an inverted dive…
I love the F15E Strike Eagle. I live a few miles northwest of Seymour Johnson AFB in Goldsboro North Carolina where F15E Strike Eagles are flown by the 4th Fighter Wing. Base is also the main training base for F15E Strike Eagles. I see the F15E flying overhead on a regular basis.

Happy Fourth of July Blu! Thanks for sharing!
Blu, you should react to some of The Fat Electrician's videos. Us history with a twist.
Hi Blu, I like your new logo, change is good sometimes and this is one of them. Don't forget to buy a box of missile red white and blu pops, so festive for today. I had frozen yogurt at the Yogurt Mill, $6.00 for an extra large half classic chocolate, half chocolate vanilla swirl. So nom. Had a pancake breakfast at church too. Are you lighting fireworks this year? Not me. Have a great evening Blu. This video reminded me of Top Gun.
Considering most of the people in our military today, not very intimidating.
You should react to the Fat Electrician's videos on the F15 Eagle and the A-10 Thunderbolt 2 aka the warthog!! He has a lot of military videos from different jobs to military history. I think you'd enjoy them!!
Didn’t knew that you thought about joining the airforce at a time, it’s their loss you didn’t but it’s our gain, because now you create quality content for us. Thanks ❤
I haven't heard of this CZcamsr before, but she likely makes more money from this than joining the military anyways.
I'm pretty sure almost every one thinks about joining at on point or another. I thought about being a millionaire when I was little but I decided living paycheck to paycheck was more my style 😒

I like how you have variety of reactions, this is one that everyone overlooks. The US military is a formidable adversary. I'm a navy veteran, i served on 3 aircraft carriers and it's a force to be recognized, and we can fit a lot more than 70 aircraft on those...trust me.
I worked on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier Eisenhower, they're so much bigger than you'd think just from seeing a video of them. And you don't even fully understand just how crazy big they are until you've lived on one for a bit.
Dope more videos.🎉
You can improve retention of information simply by showing interest. If not, in my first semester of college I took a class over how to remember things, take notes and study. The class wasn't credited but I don't regret taking the class, I always had the best grades.
Nice Red, White, and Blu outfit

Actually the newest jewel in the crown is the SR-72 brand new off the research table. It was nicknamed Darkstar for its impossible to detect nature. This plane is a direct descendant of the legendary SR-71 blackbird spy plane that could operate on the edge of the atmosphere. The SR-72 can actually fly in space and do missions that its predecessor could not. It’s also a lot faster going at least 4 times the speed of sound compared to the blackbird’s Mach 1. The SR 71 is currently in Washington DC at the air and space museum but also at the museum of aviation in Ohio I believe.
Genuinely curious who you work for to know that since Lockheed itself says the SR-72 is just a design proposal with no fully functional prototypes bare even service. Someone watched Top Gun Maverick and thought it was a documentary didn't they?
@@alexion2001 nope it’s from the legendary Skunk works as a Black Project. I only know of it because someone released a copy of the prints and a mock-up model. The blueprints detailed the capabilities of the plane what exactly it could do. The prints were released anonymously so not to be traced but it was around the middle of the pandemic as everyone was too busy to notice. I was going through lost media websites to find a lost documentary but stumbled across the prints on a 4chan post. Plus the fact several CZcamsrs already posted videos about it, try mega projects or others search sr 72.
I think it’s actually in Richmond, Virginia

you should not mess with the Dutch !! we provide ALL the chips so those things can fly and work as a total !! no Dutch no plain no war systems at all !
This video doesn't even cover the more specialty units like Texans or Florida man.
do the a-10 warthog airplane.
Actually a carrier is plain impossible to sink on its own. It’s designed in such a way that it can easily tank damage. It can take a direct missile hit without sinking. A decade ago a carrier was to be turned into an artificial reef and it was hit by all American guns and missiles plus it was good practice for every sailor on board. Not a single piece of ammunition sunk it at all, it remained floating even heavily damaged the ship refused to sink. It took a demolition team six hours to place explosives below the waterline and blow holes to finally sink the carrier. It taught sailors a lot of vital lessons about how to fight and what to do next.
I bet a Nuclear torpedo could destroy a US aircraft carrier.
The Poseidon (Russian: Посейдон, "Poseidon", GRAU index 2M39, NATO reporting name Kanyon), previously known by Russian codename Status-6 (Russian: Статус-6), is an autonomous, nuclear-powered unmanned underwater vehicle reportedly in production by Rubin Design Bureau, capable of delivering both conventional and nuclear warheads.[1][5][6]
The Poseidon is one of the six new Russian strategic weapons announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin on 1 March 2018.[7]
The Poseidon warhead can contaminate a large area with radiation. For this purpose, the Poseidon is speculated to be equipped with a cobalt bomb.[21][22] The Poseidon could be a radiological second strike weapon.[23][24]
Normal (not salted) thermonuclear weapons cause radioactive fallout primarily through neutron activation of material at the detonation site. Unless the detonation happens at low depths in shallow waters, an underwater detonation will have its fallout greatly reduced, except for at the surface immediately above, near the base surge. Much of the radioactivity will be deposited in the sea, and be carried by ocean currents.[25] Water (and air) will not form radioisotopes suitable for radiological warfare when neutron activated, however the seawater-salt will, and the seabed may.
If used against an aircraft carrier battle group, the battle group would have reduced chances of defending itself against it. The drone could detonate its very large warhead at standoff range, and anti-submarine warfare units would have very little time to react because of the speed at which it travels.[26]
I like the new splash screen
You should react to Apache Gun camera footage...shows you a glimpse of what we actually have used in combat...and it's just a helicopter
FYI, Irag tried to fight us. After 3 days of bombing the army surrendered in mass, we also destroyed 90% of its armour.
The biggest threat now are the small kamkizi drones that are very effective at destroying armour
Also these weapons are f no consequence , in the main , in a guerilla war such as Afghanistan, Iraq post 2005 and Vietnam so mostly a huge waste of money that could go to ; I don’t know free healthcare for all ???? God bless America
we have 11 "floating towns" of Nimitz class... the 2nd strongest is the UK (our allies) who have only 2.. also Nimitz class as in, probably given to them by the US.
each Nimitz class air carrier has 5,000+ sailors on it.. and an airport. so, i'd call it a floating city really.
i do think it would have been better with more of the facts about how much the 2nd best country had for each category, like he did with the aircraft carriers.. how many icbms does russia have for example? (according to wikipedia we have 405, russia has 286 but that's just Land based ones)
Russia maintains a landbased force of roughly 760 ICBMs with 3,629 nuclear warheads. At present, some 47 percent of the inventory is based in fixed silos. Based in this fashion are all of the SS-18s and SS-19s and a few of the SS-24s.

Hey new intro nice 🙂
The U.S. has had the most powerful force since WW2 yet that didn't mean anything to Vietnam and Afghanistan. The power of the U.S. is ultimately in its economy which is far more vulnerable than the military that's depended upon it.
It's unfortunate that we have to have all of this stuff, but without half of it, I'm sure we would be in more defensive wars. And we have "world leader" responsibilities like countering Russian aggression by providing arms to Ukraine. But sometimes violence begets more violence, ensuring the need for weapons in the future.

The US spends sooo much of its yearly tax money on the military. Because of that, a lot of our allies only spend a fraction of what we spend. If we suddenly disappeared, most countries would have to put a lot of resources into their own militaries. I wonder if something like that will happen later.
United States non-interventionism
United States non-interventionism primarily refers to the foreign policy that was eventually applied by the United States between the late 18th century and the first half of the 20th century whereby it sought to avoid alliances with other nations in order to prevent itself from being drawn into wars that were not related to the direct territorial self-defense of the United States. Neutrality and non-interventionism found support among elite and popular opinion in the United States, which varied depending on the international context and the country's interests. At times, the degree and nature of this policy was better known as isolationism, such as the interwar period, while some consider the term isolationism to be a pejorative used to discredit non-interventionist policy.

Ukraine has all but stopped firing the GPS guided Excalibur 155mm shells. This is because Russian Jamming of the GPS signal has made the Excalibur far more inaccurate than a regular 155mm shell. There has been a major battle back and forth with EW. (Electronic Warfare) The king of the battle field still reigns supreme. Long range field artillery. In this instance, the US Army's bet that fewer precision artillery shells can supplant large numerical regular shells was a fools errand. For instance, There were some days during the war where Ukraine alone was firing more shells per day than what the US could make in a month at pre-war production.
Commanders of Ukrainian artillery units confirmed that the Excalibur shells had proved very accurate in hitting targets when first introduced in 2022, but later had been effectively neutralized by Russian jamming.May 25, 2024
Is the US ramping up ammunition production?
The U.S. is currently producing approximately 28,000 155 mm rounds per month, with a ramp-up plan to produce 70,000-80,000 rounds per month by the end of 2024, Pentagon spokesperson Jeff Jurgensen told VOA.Mar 1, 2024
