Moses told the people to do things in a certain way. God has a reason. The pattern back then through Moses is the same pattern today over 2,000 years ago. "Thy will be done on earth, as is in heaven." B'Midbar was the census or the counting of His people to prepare a people for war, weak or strong in the Wilderness....
