I spent four minutes analyzing that forklift, so good. 👌
SANS
half an hour of analyzing is needed
Stem cells are like Evees! They can evolve into different types of Pokemon, or cells, with specials stones, like the factors!
Eevees dude e-e-v-e-e.
gotta catch em all
So are you saying I came from an eevee!?!
Yes perfect analogy
whoa epic
i am doing unit 1 & 2 bio (in australia, my first year of my final two year of schooling) and our distance course has at least on of your videos almost every week, they are so easy to understand and a lot more engaging than the other videos we have to watch!
is there anyway to donate to the channel, you've helped me loads!
Thank you so much!! We do have a support page. We have some big dream projects that we hope to do someday with the support we receive. www.amoebasisters.com/support-us.html
Thank you for watching our videos!
Amoeba Sisters wanted to know of you have anything on transcription and translation please help
Yes, Tam Smith. I watched their video called protein synthesis.
anyone else using this for homework xD great video! I understand this topic really well thanks to you
Yep XD
Its coming up in the exam next week T-T
Watching for 7th grade science, we use your channel a LOT! Thanks for being there- especially for online classes!
Love the part that Petuina mindcontroled the stomatic stem cell.I also ❤️ the forklift and the back to the future 🚗.Loved it.
I love your videos! They're informative and easy to understand and are great tools for visual learners like me. I have to say that I absolutely love the expressions Petunia draws- they always make me laugh!
Incredible potential of the stem cells!! By the way, congratulations for having such a great science channel, I really enjoy it, you make really easier to understand difficut subjects.
My biology teacher has the class watch your videos often, and I love them since the topics are always explained so well, and the animation makes it entertaining. Keep up the good work!
Also, I admire that rad forklift there.
Here's a comment of appreciation for that forklift!
It's a very well drawn forklift.
Thank you for spending the time and effort to bring it into existence.
I absolutely love all of your videos! Even though I am not be learning how cells become specialized right now, I still love the information and I will probably be ahead of the game when this lesson comes up in my High School science class.
Thank you so much for helping me with my Science Revision! Some topics I really didn't understand and now they seem really easy thanks to your channel! 😊
i admired your forklift
I think that was Petunia.
it was very admirable.
I just want to say how cute your animation is like I am just "awwww-ing" all the time. And thank you for your hard work and effort to do this. You save countless students you know. You're such a great teacher, Ms. Petunia.
Yeah they are adorable lol.
I've watched you in my Biology class but they were some of your old videos
I love how clean your art is now
I love this channel because they make everything personified it kind of makes it fun realizing there are there stories going on in my body every day.
These videos are literally the best. They are the only reason I have a decent grade in Biology. So thank you for what you do!
I've been asking this question for a while now, and I finally found a video for it!
This is the best not only because it's informative, but it also has english subtitle.
Great video! Answered a lot of questions!
Also, that music in the end reminded me of an old Danish TV series intro from the 70s, “Huset på Christianshavn”.
my teacher assigned this as online school.
@Jordan Tourjee yes
You guys really helped me with my biology class!!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!
love the forklift, VERY good. I really liked your video, I didn't want to look away, or miss anything. Keep up the great work!!!
This video literally saved me and answered my question i had exactly thanks so much
I study biochemistry and your videos are so beneficial. Thanks 😘
thanks Amoeba Sisters you've help with my Bio tests constantly
Thank you for existing. I’ve been wondering about this for a bit
I like your videos, thanks for the nice explanations.
This is so much more enjoyable than other science videos!
Your embracing me with biology topics and I am thanking you for that.
Great video. Could you possibly provide some links to interesting articles on stem cells?
thank you for this video! it was easy to understand!
Thanks for the video! (That forklift was very nice too!)
4:40, I laughed so hard at the comment at the top right corner. Great Job sisters.
I'm not taking biology anymore but I watch your videos anyway 😇
thank you soo much...finally i understand differentiated stem cells from undifferentiated ones!!
good job petunia for the forklift lol ❤❤
Think I saw this on another video. I will check.
Please may you make a video on action potentials and nerves. It would be great to watch and learn it from your videos. I recommend you to everyone. My nine year old sister can recognise DNA, she doesn't know what it's for, but she likes watching your animations with me.
All three of us have some sister bonding time just watching your videos. Thank you for you great efforts!
Definitely hoping to do a video on that in the future. Thank you so much for the kind words and great to hear about the quality sister time. We definitely can relate to that! :D
These videos really help and are really funny! Keep them up!
forklift hey. Nice job! HAPPY NEW YEAR everybody! oh, just saying amoeba sisters, every video you two make just seems to get better and better every time! it's amazing! Good thing I am subscribed! I cannot wait for that digestive system video. :D
Hi oliver whittaker! I know i'm very late to say happy new year 2018 but happy new year 2023
As a baby cell, I was pretty special. But now I know I've been double specialized! Thanks, Amoeba Sisters!!
Petunia, that is a LOVLY forklift lol. Great job girls, I never knew since can be so fun, it's like watching a TV show, except I learn. lol
Great help on this difficult topic!
Thank you for posting this video it helped me a lot
I know you guys have a growing list of videos to make, but I'd like to see one on binary fission since there are not many (good) resources on the topic :)
Excellent as always!!
i couldnt find any videos in french but this helped anyways, so thank you for that!
POV: your teacher made you watch.
its so true lmao
thats true she did
lolollololol same
Frr LMFAOO
Same dude
as a premedstud who has adhd and struggle with executive function, amoeba sisters is really a lifesaver!
keep going I like your videos😍
It seems hard for me to understand how one cell, when divided by mitosis, give rise to more types of cells because at first I thought they all have the same environment=transcription factors. Then I heard you said some places contain more of particular TF than others. Why is that?
so they are like eevee and the eeveelotions in pokemon
Wow your vids are really helpfull!!!
You're the best science teacher and ur sis is the best artist #admiredforklift
Thx for saving me for the quiz ❤u lots!!!!!!
you guyz have cool animation stuff with a lot of great information.....
Thank for your videos . They are amazing! I ahve a question for you Amoeba Sisters. You mention i this video that "Specific location of the Syem cell in a developing embryo matters because the transcription factors available in different in qauantity and type which can impact what a stem cell can differentiate into". How? Can you expalin more please????
Gotta love the baby stem cell! So cute~
Cracking video just watching this in science 🎉
I'm dead from laughing, thanks so much for the visuals in this video and keep up the good work!
If you are dead, then why did you make this comment?
i really love your teaching pls post more
Thank you so much!!
thanks for the help
Love your videos!
Amoeba sisters are you watchwellcast? The channel host sounds exactly like you! Thank you for reading my comment! I watch you guys all the time in my science class, I am in seventh grade! Thanks for all the information and worksheets you guys give us! :D
they deserve many subs!
I want to learn about cell specialization and differentiation in more details can you recommend me a few books and playlists please 🙏🙏🙏
WOW great episode! I should subscribe to your channel.
Love ur vids got me into bio
But, the zygote divides untill it forms blastocyst, where does the stem cells come from?
love the back to the future reference ;))
Thank you for so many amazing videos! Do you guys have any plans for developmental biology videos?
wonder if the stem cell production is the new form of tablets that we could use similarly to blood donation.
Your channel deserves more subs
i agree!!
love this!
We need more people like you, amazing job girls!
You are amazing!!
the infographics are hilarious! Nailed it!
really a good video..
I'm in high school and this helps me

greatings from venezuela!!
I didn’t really get the idea of what’s the different between somatic stem cell and embryonic stem cells?
Helpful
Great job on the forklift Pinky! I love all the drawings on here! Great job on the videos Amoeba Sisters!
Thank you so much! :D
It is Petunia who draws, and Pinky talks.
That forklift is B E A U T I F U L... ♥ Make more! ♥
Hi Amoeba Sisters! I was wondering if you guys do tutoring as I find Science a hard subject.
Many Thanks,
Football Things
I am an clever. I love science and I have many cells. I like Amoeba and I LOVE SISTERS.
this is really helping during online learning! my bio teacher keeps recommending your videos !
fax
Thanks!
Thank you so much for the superthanks!!
It was correct that when I was young i was too curious and when I got old, I started to limitate it.
I adore u amoeba sisters
Does anybody know what the song title is?
4:40. I am admiring.
Hey Petunia! Nice Forklift! :)
Hey AMoeba sisters, I came across your good video, but, it does not explain what the title promises. You have just moved the story from that the stem cells become different stem cells, into that it is a protein-and-otherwise-also-induced process with internal and external factors. Yeah, that's right - but what is it, which makes it happen?
What makes a cluster or colony of stemcells trigger such that these proteins-and-other-things - suddenly affect one part of the produced cells and not the others? Like: You have a clump/lump of cells, let's say 1,000 of them, let's say they are still stem cells. Now, from a certain onset, they start dividing in another way such that SOME of the further cells being generated are now precursors to liver-cells. From another onset, they start dividing so that now there will be produced further stem-cells, liver-cells and maybe also blood tissue?
What triggers it? You have this Petri-dish with seemingly identical cells - now - what happens for just one cell to start developing characteristics? You are missing to lift that information up to the screen of us viewers :-) ...
I will continue with your other video about "specialized cells". And thanks for the efforts! Very good as a start.
thank youuuuu!
do u know any more channels like yours but more advanced for like high schoolers ??? i'd really appreciate it do u have any recomendations plz or anyone
Tanya Ramirez this isn’t sufficiently advanced ?
pov ur here cause of school
Can u do a video for cell differentiate?
