Delicious Chicken Cutlet Recipe | PLUS Chicken Parm Sub

    Ingredients:
    2 chicken breasts
    3/4 cup Flour
    Neutral oil for frying
    (egg mixture):
    2 Eggs
    Splash of milk
    A few dashes of hot sauce
    (Breading):
    1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
    1 cup seasoned Italian breadcrumbs
    3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/3 cup chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    Step 1. Start by adding flour to a plate. Then, mix the egg mixture in a large bowl and prepare the breading in a large container or casserole dish.
    Step 2. Slice the chicken breasts into paper-thin cutlets from the top side to the bottom.
    Step 3. Lightly coat each cutlet in flour, then cover it in the egg mixture, before laying it in the plate with the breading. Press the coating into the chicken on both sides.
    Step 4: Once all cutlets are breaded, place them on a plate in the fridge while you heat up the oil.
    Step 5: Add about an inch of frying oil to a skillet or deep frying pan and heat to about 350°F.
    Step 6: Fry a few cutlets at a time, cooking for about 3 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
    Step 7: Transfer the cooked cutlets to a wire rack or paper towels and immediately season with salt if desired.
    Step 8: Serve with lemon wedges or incorporate into pasta dishes, sandwiches, salads, or your favorite sides.
