Beach Acro Yoga & Swim in the Ganga with me 🇮🇳 INDIA vlog

Let's go on a trip over Sirasu Suspension Bridge in Rishikesh, India. Here lies a beautiful, tranquil beach spot where couples often have wedding shoots. We went to do some pranayama, hatha and acroyoga. Of course I had to swim in the beautiful Ganga - it was so clean and pure here! Afterwards, we went to visit Vashishtha Gufa Temple and Arundhati Cave, also known as Jesus Cave. It was said that Jesus spent time here during the 'Lost Years'.

That is not yoga. That is just balancing acrobatics. Yoga is about heightening your perception and becoming a full fledged life. Old mind and a young body.
If you really want to learn yoga, you should take initiation from an authentic yoga master, not from any walking guide who's doing business.

Aur gyaanchodak !!! aur kuch gyaan dena hai? Those Vedic Yoga as mentioned in Patanjalisutra is being followed by only few. All over the world the modernized or hybrid version is followed. Not everyone wants to become dedicated Yogis 😅 All they want is better physical and mental, which can be achieved from these hybrid Yoga. Aur ye dusro ko ekdum traditional or antiquity ka gyaan dene me kya maza aata hai?😂😂

He is a genuine enlightened guy and you will get a taste of true yoga and deep meditation/samadhi there in his presence. Their prices aren't very expensive either.
