If you want the red sky colour change instead of flashes here: After you settled up the part of the video go to hsl drag the light blue and blue to 100(saturation not needed) then go to a new adjust then drag purple to 100 then another adjust which should be adjust 3 or 4 drag the pink to 100 then when you get the red export it then go back to your project then delete the adjustments then go to overlay choose the video you exported drag the overlay to the part where you do the back flip then make sure it's on beat or it will look weird I will make a part 2 later because I'm busy
Part 2: Now go to fade in in the animations on the overlay and the fade in has to be 0.0 or 0.1 secs then drag overlay where you want I to end then click fade out then your done If you didn't understand I will make a tut on my channel later
