You're lucky to have free sand in your area. This is not readily available in most parts of Kenya. We buy sand very expensively. A seven ton lorry full of sand is 115USD. (Ksh.15,000)

Even in Namibia sand is not freely available, But recently this year we recieved flood from Angola 🇦🇴 which is our neighbor county and one of the benefits the flood brought was massive sand.
I even made a video about that flood
