I always use por15. Best stuff ever to use. And has never once let me down for years to come. I always top it off with farm implement paint for the glossy shine
I've tried alot of products like this and the only one that actually works is farm and implement paint in the can not the spray paint. If you brush that stuff on it never comes off and looks amazing. No prep required.

Hey JW, for the rusted parts your wanting to powder coat, soak them in a container full of white vinegar over night.
White vinegar will even remove the "mill scale" on steal but wont hurt the steal at all, leaves the metal with a raw finish ready to paint/powder coat.

I wish my truck only had that amount of rust, it’s brutal up here in the rust belt with a 10 year old truck. Looks good though!

How much POR15 does it take to do the frame with 2 coats?
As long as it is prepped properly, POR15 will always work. If not you risk it flaking. Stuff works great though
Have you ever considered a coilover conversion? That’s my next upgrade.
Not really. Didn’t think it was worth the money
i used this stuff for under my truck and the only thing that took it off my arms was steel wool nothing else took it off i tried every oil and cleaner
