I love your videos. You add humour😂 which makes it more interesting and personal. Which makes it more enjoyable and gets the viewers attention more. Good on you😅😅😊
Thanks for giving my content a go! A good mix of useful information that is entertaining to watch is what I'm going for. Azura is a lovely ship, I'm sure I will be cruising on her many times to come!
Recently found your videos are they’re great, easy going, good fun and useful information provided. Going on Azura next year, not quite same trip as this one, more Italy, but was good to see around the ship to get an idea of what she is like. As I enjoyed your video style I’ll look back and watch previous ones now. Thank you for sharing your adventures
Excellent episodes in this Azura series. . I would like to say thank you for the summary at the end of this particular blog. It was very informative. Thanks for sharing your costs and prices of your recent cruises. This sort of information helps others when making their choices... and also comparing your costs to theirs. Especially for solo travellers. Well done matey! Looking forward to your next series whenever that is.
Thanks for your continued support 👍 I think that including the cost into the cruise is something I should have thought of earlier as it is arguably one of the most important aspects so will be keeping this in going forward! Including those pesky supplements 😂 I'm boarding Britannia today for 14-nights so expect the next series in the next 2 - 3 weeks.
You'll have a great time on Azura! A little dated compared to other P&O ships but well kept and decent sized ship 🛳 any idea what itinerary you'd fancy doing?
Thanks, next series will start in the next 2 - 3 weeks 🙂 and thanks to your crossed fingers the wheel arrived and I've installed so all good for tomorrow 😃
Wow this series has been brilliant. As an amateur vlogger myself I found your channel very underrated as you've put out some of the best cruise content I've seen. Great views and well edited with lots of helpful information. Going on Azura next year so that's how I found you.
Thanks a lot for your support with this series! I have been running this channel for over seven years now so I've had time to improve my editing 😀 You've picked a great ship to cruise on, Azura is lovely! What itinerary are you doing?
Croatia is a lovely place but so is Greece (very very warm if you go in the summer!) I done a similar cruise a few years ago on Oceana and had a great time. Greece is a great destination to visit
@@CaptureCruising definitely, Greece is stunning. I've been twice now not cruising and last time was during a heatwave. Your video's in Corfu itself brought back some memories, it's such a beautiful town and the view from the old fortress is well worth the sweat. Only Cruises I've done so far is Norwegian Fjords on the Iona and Hamburg- Zeebrugge on Aurora, both amazing
I remember Greece being close to 45 when I was there so hopefully it was a bit cooler than that 😂 I do remember something about the Oceana catching fire actually but might have dreamt that! It certainly is (although anywhere is beautiful compared to the UK) with plenty to do for free if you're willing to explore. They both sound like decent cruises, there's plenty of places to explore in this world! Any others booked apart from Azura?
Thanks for a great informative and entertaining set of videos. I have seen many vloggers on CZcams some great and some not so great but yours are certainly up there with the great ones. Look forward to seeing more of you. Hopefully not so sunburnt next time 😂
You're spot on with what I'm wanting the videos to be! I'm glad to be apart of the growing amount of Cruising content creators here on CZcams 😃 next series will start in the next 2 - 3 weeks! And yes I have ordered loads of sun cream for this one!!
We always making sure to check our cabin before leaving the ship and have one more look around the ship. How far was the port to the airport? The weather did look great there. Great blog 👍🏼
It's best to be safe, I imagine it would be a hassle getting something back if you left jt behind. You've got to have your final mope around 😂 it wasn't very far at all; 10 - 15 minutes maybe? Weather was brilliant nice and warm
Hi. New to your channel and love your videos, especially the little maps and sense of humor! You also cover stuff that I just so happen to be interested in eg the buffet and the views! One question though; any tips for how to get those bargain prices you mention for solo travelers? I am struggling to keep the price down :( I have been going direct to P&O, is that a mistake? They did offer no supplements for solo travelers on certain cruises a while back, but haven't seen anything since. Keep posting, I'm going to work my way through all your videos now I have found you :)
Thanks for checking out my videos! I'd like to think that they are getting better with time but no promises 😂 the prices have definitely gone up recently as people are travelling again. P&O do some good deals here www.pocruises.com/solo-travellers but I doubt there will be any here until later in the year. I tend to use Iglu Cruises. You get a small discount from going direct and can sort by best value (price per day). If you can, Jan - Mar seems to be the best time to cruise for some great deals! 😃
I actualy think I've seen you. I was on the Azura end of Nov beginning Dec I was debarking and you arrived. I was also solo cruising and about to go again this December 🎉
Yeah 2nd of December I think so sounds right. You've got a good memory then, I can't even remember where I am half the time 😂 you must have had a good time if you're going again... Canary Islands I guess?
@CaptureCruising I go to sone of them. I met my 2 fav cruise pals on my 1st solo cruise and this will be the 3rd cruise with them ...plus meeting others too. Atho I like to do my own thing too. Do you go to the solo meet ups too?
That's good to hear! I had heard mostly negative things about them, being unhosted and held in busy places on the ship. But maybe I should give them a go? I've been using the FB groups recently which seem pretty good as well.
I was booked on a transfer which was straight from the ship to the airport, organised by P&O. If you arranged your own transfers, you'd be free to explore Valletta. Unfortunately, with this itinerary, there wasn't enough time to explore with the included transfers.
The cost of the flight and transfers are included in the cost of the cruise. It won't be any cheaper to book without these in most cases. You could arrange your own transfer, but this will not leave you a lot of time to explore due to the flights landing a few hours before sailaway. If you wanted to spend some time exploring, I've known people book their own flights a couple of days before and stay in a hotel, then taxi to the ship for the cruise.
I don’t think it was the flights. Med cruises are always a lot more expensive than other destinations and on a par with Caribbean fly cruises. Made me laugh when you checked the kettle 😂😂 what were you expecting to find? 😂 it was rammed when I was on. Hope you get the wheel sorted 😊
Thanks for that info, I'm still learning about booking cruises I guess... the pricing is really strange sometimes! 🤔 haha well I was thoroughly checking the cabin!! Hopefully tickets for another cruise 👌 thankfully yeah, wheel came and I swapped out so all ready for my long drive to Southampton tomorrow 🛳 🥳
I love your videos. You add humour😂 which makes it more interesting and personal. Which makes it more enjoyable and gets the viewers attention more. Good on you😅😅😊
Thanks a lot for your comments. I'm glad you find the videos humorous which is my aim, as well as a small bit of education for good measure 😂
Fantastic vlogs. Love your honesty and we find them super helpful. Must say I love Azura. My fav ship 🛳️

Just binge watched your last two cruises 😂 👍🏿
Wow, that must be a couple hours of Cruising videos there! Hopefully my cringey humour didn't scar you too much 😂

Haha the sat nav lol aah luv your vlogs!!
Thanks, it does like to interrupt me but I'd be lost without it! 🗺
Love that series, love u Cthulhu inspired tan XD Thanks to you I know what I will do in may 2026 XD
Appreciate it 👍 it's a great cruise itinerary that I'm sure you'll enjoy, start counting down those days!

Hello looking at going on azura in the future. Woop

Thank you for another great series !! Could that towel get ANY lower?...
I'm glad you enjoyed the series! Next one will be out in the next 2 - 3 weeks 🙂 and thankfully not as that would be a very different type of video 😂
@@CarolJaneSmith If I looked like that, I'd be showing off too
Works for me😊
Thanks x looking forward to seeing your next adventure ( if your wheel turns up !)

Yep canaries 2 weeks with my solo cruise pals
Ah, that makes sense! Do you go to the solo meet-ups?
That sounds great; get to visit all the ports on a great ship and get some winter sun 🌞
