Gone are the days where people lived with parents, spouse and kids. Now, lot of people live alone cos kids have moved out due to work etc. Family is not the only people in one's life. do you know about him? he might be donating to a lot of causes.

If he sold 5000 homes in his lifetime and if the average cost is 1 crore, he gets a commission of 1 percent which is 1 lakh per home, thats 50 crores in lifetime earnings. and thats just lower estimate. Average Homes in mumbai are much costlier than 1 crore. So basically, this guy is super rich.
That's what I was thinking. But i think numbers are not real it is just too inflated.

suppose every day he sells one house ,
that means 5000 homes = 5000/364 = 13.74 years
That is nearly for 14 years, he has to sell on an average one house per day .
