Amazing how solid CJ was able to do his crazy shoutout from Beatbox International live. I'd go as far to say his energy is up there with Alem's, this guy's energy and presence is something else, perfect for live battles (just gotta watch out with the physical contact), it's been a while since someone in a battle left me spechless. Gotta watch out for this guy, energy tends to take big wins in battles, and this guy sure is growing.
Kara did really good as well, just think it's kinda risky puting the whistle as a protagonist sound of routines, since it can get repetitive really fast, but it still sounded pretty fresh here since it's live, but having heard quite a bit of the stuff Kara did, he sure can put some new sounds or sounds he already has, with higher emphasis, or perhaps some new whistles, who knows? Still, Kara is really good.
I watched their final in 2020, and i see a great level up from both, i'd say this event is one of the few i can remember that the final was the best battle, crazy rematch!
