Just as I thought. My coils were exactly like yours. I expected a little more lift, but unfortunately my hair shrinks. You would never know my hair is to my shoulders. Today is my second wash day.
You are beautiful! I'm not a fan of the results however. I i have 4c hair and wetline extreme gave me the best wash n go but my hair was dry and it got puffy when I sprayed it with water to moisturize it :(
Your hair looks so nice & healthy! I actually just big chopped today. 7 months post relaxer. Couldn’t deal with the two textures any longer and I love the way it came out! Just ordered Curl Dynasty from Amazon. Can’t wait for it to arrive so I can try it on my TWA! Will let you know how it comes out! Feels so freeing to see my actual natural hair texture after relaxing for over 40 yrs! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾
Thank you. This was the briefest but most thorough 4c demonstration that helped me have the courage to use my CM that I bought a year ago. I did it 1-14-23 and really was surprised at my slip as I finger combed it with the moisturizer/gel. I was worried because I have NO hair dryer (I didn't know til your video they suggest a dryer-how'd I miss that? Lol) and I was paranoid about days 2-7 etc. But I am now, on day 4 (1-18-23) and all I do is add some water and juge/shuj it a little and its so cute/fresh/hydrated. The only thing I don't love is the shrinkage but that's not CM issue. Possibly there will be less if I have a dryer. I want a diffuser but don't have a clue if thats the best thing or which one to get. Anyway, that's my experience and I seldom report that but was about to do this on my daughter (probably more of a 3c) and I was drawn back to this video!
@@Tyiece Your're welcome. It's going good so far. I haven't been wearing protective styles yet because i refuse to put on a wig lol, but the only p style i will wear is feed in corn row braids which i will be getting the first week of November.
I had ordered the samples of the curl mix products and tried once but because I’m traveling for the holidays I picked it up again and WOW 🤩 I love the way it defines my curls. I’m actually gonna invest in the full size bottle because I like it so much. I actually used it to refresh my TWA and it came out amazing! Have become a big of a product Junkie. 😂😂. They’re so many great products out here. It can be a bit overwhelming sometimes. Curlmix is definitely on the top of the list for me!👍🏽. Will be using your code when I reorder. Have you ever tried the "banding method" for maintaining the length of your hair after doing a twist out/wash and go. It's so helpful I just tried it with my twist out and it really helped with shrinkage.
@@farrahc7055 Sure! I picked it up from NJ Eberhart. You can use nylon hair ties or take an old pair of tights and cut the legs into 1-1.5 inch strips. Take sections of your hair and tie/wrap 1-3 bands on the length of each section (depending on how long your hair is). Then you can sleep on it. It doesnt mess up your curl definition and helps keep the hair elongated over night.

You would get more definition if you squeeze the product in all the to the end of your hair. Style with a little less water.

It's you. She used a light flaxseed gel, so it's more of a soft defined look. Her end results are great!
