What kind of poles did you call them? What section in Target do you dind them?
Floor lamps, Target don’t ever have them in stock, try IKEA they are like $11
I can’t find the lamp poles on Ikea website.
How many days before the event can you blow up the balloons for the garland?
Even up to a week before, place them in bags and store in a dark cool room.
What are the measurements?
How do you tie off the clear ones? These are so annoying to keep inflated!
I stretch it as much as I can then tie it

I have tried this but I still get gaps/spaces. How do I cover those spaces? I mean how do you join each roll together tightly that the there aren't any space because I see that you only pushed them down to touch each other. It didn't work for me 😢.
You can use 260Q balloons or rubber bands to keep the garlands together

Even a week in advance, bag them up and place in a dark room
