I got a Hooke road rack/self for my wrangler and like you I'm impressed with the quality of the product. It is well made and the coating had held up well. My big complaint is like you the directions. I did have to go through Amazon to get hold of them but in the end they made it right. So I'm Happy.

I used the GoRhino rack, but mine is even with the cab because I have a Decked drawer system in the bed. I wanted to be able to put totes for gear in the bed on top of the Decked system, it works really well. These racks are great for trucks, they give lots of options for storing equipment and such.
I have been looking at this rack for a few months. Might just pull the trigger on purchasing one soon!
Mine will arrive in a few days. Throwing it on my colorado. Ill let you know if they corrected the bolt count issue lol. Great video though.

Have you looked into this company’s brackets to install a tonneau cover under the rack?

Do you still recommend this rack? I just bought a 2023 rubicon Gladiator, same color as yours. Thinking this rack might serve me well.
I sure do. It’s performed well. The only Negative I have found is that because of its lower height it blocks some of my view out of the rear view mirror. They also sell a taller rack. But then clearance and aerodynamics would be affected. It’s a solid rack.

It’s been solid. Just check the 6 bolts mounting it to the bed rail a bit after you mount it. I had to re torque it after we were out off road. But it’s a great budget rack
