Idk if you'll see this and it'll be kinda long, but I really wanted to post this comment. I found your channel in 2021. You are the first journaling-focused youtuber I've ever watched and you inspired me to start journaling. You probably get told that a lot, but journaling was more than a hobby for me. It was the only thing keeping me going last year (along with my religion) because I went through some pretty rough things in 2022. It was the hardest year of my life, but journaling was like therapy. I spoke about everything that happened and everything I felt (or didn't feel, I was pretty much numb). I don't journal anymore (for no reason in particular) but I'm really glad I used to. I'm currently re-reading my old journal and it's amazing to see how much I've healed and grown. Thank you so much Carrie. You've had such an impact on my life. 🩷

Have you tried the Zebra Sarasa dry pen? I like that the ink dries instantly. One of my favorite pens next to the Pentel Energel
For black paper - Gelly Roll Moonlight Florescent (Neon) 👌🏻
But agree - I prefer the uni ball white over Gelly Roll

One suggestion, try felt pens some time!! They’re GREAT for lettering and are super easy to write with. They also don’t bleed through do to them being thin. They’re light-weighted pens, so they feel nice to hold in my opinion! ❤️

I recommend Paper Mate pens and gel pens.
I think Carrie should try the Bic Gelocity Pens with the opaque barrel
They are my absolute fav pen
Carrie's that one classmate if you ask to borrow a pen or something she's be like sure pick one and you'll be there all day trying to pick the pen you want to use 🤣🤣🤣

Have you tried the MUJI pens?! :). If so, you should do a comparison between the old ones and new ones as well as trying out different other ones like Uni ONE Ball I'd love to video of you trying out new black ink gel pens 😃
