Get the cars. If the guy has a history of doing this, file a criminal complaint along with the other people he did that to.
He really thought the judgment would save him from having to sell the cars which is why he bought them. So he kept making excuses to avoid getting possession again. Judge Judy's point is yes, you'll have to sell them again but at least you have them to sell so do it and case closed.
The laughter that followed the “I’ll have him arrested” had to hurt 😂
Did the plaintiff say,
“he’s a conman and that’s why I trusted him”?..😂
I think he meant to communicate that he was conned.
Whatever he was going for, it just came out wrong. I think he was tricked into trusting the D.
I think he meant that the Defendant conned him into trusting him
He's a "kind man"not a conman. 😂😂😂😂
@@frigid4realI turned on CC and it does say “con” 😳
Dang! The size of those rocks in JJs ears!!! 🥰
"He's a conman and that's why I trusted him" ...😏 sir, your Freudian slip is showing. 😅
Do any of y'all realize how sparkly judge Judy earring 😜😜
Soooo pretty
🥰🥰
Look them up, the price 😅
🤭😄😄😄😉
Always lol
I love how the audience basically laughed at the plaintiff throwing his tantrum at the end "well then I'll have him arrested" Sadly he's probably too oblivious to reality to have noticed. Telling a salesman to get the dollar signs out of his eyes went exactly how I would expect it to go.
for it was funny, for he is wanting a payday, not the cars back. He is getting them back, no matter what.
He thought JJ meant arresting him when she said "go to the sheriff". lol oh boy.
Did he say "He's a con man and that's why I trusted him."?🤔
Maybe he said "kind".
I heard that, but l think he meant "that's why I doesn't"😂
Your Channel and the content you post and talk about is pure stupidity
Whatever he was going for it came out wrong. But it sure sounded weird!
I'm pretty sure he means he was conned into trusting him.
I heard car man
@4:24 “He’s a con man, and that’s why i trusted him” Like ok, ya just exposed yaself too homie.
The defendant's voice sounds like he hasn't said a word in 5 years. 😮😂
😂😂😂😂
Why does it matter what someone sounds like? Judgmental much? 🤨
@@user-pc5fq2do4e it's an observation, not a judgement! You're watching judge Judy but you don't know the difference between an observation and a judgement??
@@MsBunch lol this dude 💀
Sounds like it hurt
“I’ll have him arrested” 😂😂😂
Lady he was staying with😂. He could've just said girlfriend, significant other!😂
“He’s a con man and that’s why I trusted him” he’s basically saying he was lied to and duped and that’s why he trusted the defendant. Why is everyone acting like what he said makes no sense?
He outed himself!
Because they don't understand English.
@@margaretwade How?
Because they are stupid.
Oh nooooo, he “left his folder” with all the evidence he needed..🥱🥱
“Where did you think you were going today? The beach?” 😂
@@darlenefraser3022😂😂
Left it at his lady-friend’s house
The old "my dog ate the paperwork" routine...
Lmao! I read this comment in Bruce's voice! Loool. Flat, dry, and sarcastic. (The performance artist From Family Guy)
"MA'AM!"
"MA'AM!!"
"MA'AM!!!"
"MA'AM!"
"MA'AM!!"
"MA'AM!!!"
Translate to English
"MA'AM!"
"I AM!!"
"MAY!!!"
I’d be so embarrassed if everyone laughed at me like that 😭
Towards the end they didn't laugh at the plaintiff, they were laughing at what he said about having the defendant arrested when judge judy told him to call a sheriff and go get his car
@@MeadowHarley girl. Be for real. 😂
What the hell “he’s a con man and that’s why I trusted him” 🤔 The plaintiff wants cash for his white elephants. 2 years and you left cars with mechanic. Was he waiting to grow a pony tail before appearing on TV hee hee 😂
“I don’t want em either cause I can’t get my money back out of em” WHAT MONEY?!
Plaintiff def was in his own little world. I’d bet money he just left the cars there bc he expected just to get the value of these piece of junk cars
You want me to go and get the car. Byrd to go and get the car. Judge Judy said it very well.
I agree w/ the defendant. “I’m not half the con man that he (plaintiff) is.” 😂
Can't understand why people refuse to realize cars depreciate in value each day.
You are incorrect. Some cars increase in value every day.
He literally said they are considered classics… whether that’s true or not, it’s irrelevant because logically speaking this is why he’s suing the defendant.
That 300 sel 1990 can go for $11k
Back in 2018 when this was filmed they were not classed as classic cars. Classic cars are those aged over 40 years. So he had an 18 year old and a 28 year old car. The oldest Mercedes will officially be a classic in 2030. They may be worth some money but they aren't truly classics yet.
@@exeuropeanNot a 1999 Mercedes.
Dude doesn't realize his cars arent' worth much in their current condition unless he can prove the defendant indeed damaged the cars. His best bet is to legit go get the cars first and see if he did any damage.
All just in for the money and he didn't listen to her very well. Waste of time.
Nobody comes on JJ with cancelled checks or receipts, its always cash given and received.
It's the most aggravating thing ever, if you're doing business properly you have receipts.... I've never seen so many people just fly by the seat of their pants doing business this way
Yeah, apparently none of these people even have access to a pen and scrap of paper to just scribble a note showing what was paid and what's still owed and you both sign it. 🤷♂️🤷♀️🤷
Because people with evidence will likely win their case in a normal court. JJ has to solicit the grey-area cases for the show, otherwise they'd probably get through out.
I think he meant, "He was a conman(he conned me into thinking he was honest), so I trusted him". That just did not come out right😂.
#JJLC 🎉 I think that’s a wrap for Friday, and a wrap for the week unless we get a gift tomorrow. I hope everyone has a great weekend!! 🌞 🎣 🏊 🚤 🚴
Did he just say he was a conman and thats why i trusted him
😂😂😂😂How fast does he expect that ol guy to move
Go get your cars! How many times does she have to say it?
“I’m glad it’s over with” 🙂
I hear the defendant using his Girlfriend as a reason he does not have his receipts in court that day. Bad decision.
I absolutely would have loved if JJ would have looked at the plaintiff's additional evidence of other lawsuits filed against the defendant! I do think that's something that we should have been privy to❤
Update: I wish he would take him to court. I want to know what’s up after he got there to get the cars
Plaintiff doesn’t want any cars back. He wants money money money. That’s it. And he was pissed that he didn’t get his way. That’s his greed coming through
I think the plaintiff know those cars were trash He's just trying to get money out of it That's why I was judge Judy said to go pick him up he didn't want to go get them cuz they they trash😅😅😅😅
This was stupid.
He moved and wants someone to get his cars for him. Why didn't he get his cars before he moved?
I think this is the first time I've heard a litigant call JJ "Miss Judge Judy".
You must be a recent devotee, she’s had them all over the years 😄
People call her all kinds of things. My favorite is, “Sir”
Not the first time, dude, for it has been said for all the years she was on television.
Dos viejos locos 😂😂😂 y dos cacharros
The plaintiff sure wanted money that JJ didn't give him. I doubt he paid for them what he said and then just turned them over to someone else. No registration, no insurance - he clearly didn't use them.
If he paid more than 5k he’s lying or else he wouldn’t be in small claims court
So... honor among thieves gone wrong?
“I’m not half a con as he is” 😂😂😂😂😂 so you confess you’re a con lmao
I wonder if the defendant even knows what a spark plug is… I wouldn’t let him work on my lawn mower!
that pony tail is so sick. love it
She should have given the plaintiff about 1500 dollars and made him sign over the titles to the defendant.
"not this time" lol what
He’s a conman and that’s why I trusted him 😂
These two sorta remind me of that movie Grumpy Old Men
If the cars were actually worth anything the plaintif would have just agreed with JJ's ruling. In essence what the plaintif was saying is that the cars are not worth doing all that, so just give me the projected value based solely on my opinion of what MIGHT be.
Defendant is shadier than a dark cave. At least he's been exposed on TV. I don't think the plaintiff is much better. He certainly waited too long to bring his case to court. And the fact he moved 2000 miles away is on him
I do not know which of them is worst.
I need more videos like this in my life.
"I'm m not half as a con as he is 😂"
Omg glad i don't know either one of them guys😄
The defendant seemed pretty mild mannered until about 2:34 where the look on his face says “I’m gonna get away with this”
If I was the defendant.. now that he guy has his judgement to come get the cars. I'd send him a notice that he has 30 days to retrieve the cars from my property. That's it come get 'em or lose em.
They too funny!
And the plaintiff was only after the money for the two cars. Sad for the cars when the owner wants nothing more to do with them.
Sad for the cars?? You do realize that ultimately, they are just metal, right? 😂
Wow a real life talking robot and another crooked mechanic which isn’t unusual
IN MY VIEW
The plaintiff opened the door to trouble twice: Made 'Cash' payments and blames his lady friend for HIS important car papers gone.
That would be the defendant who blamed the lady for not having receipts/ papers in the folder :)
Judge Judy sometimes doesn't know the law. 2 years is a lot of time, in this case it was found that the defendant held the vehicles hostage. The plaintiff therefore would be given the option to either get his cars back or get the value of the cars, not the bluebook value but the value paid, this is so the matter is not brought to court a second time. I'm guessing the show reached its quota and did not want to have monetary payout.
That's what I was thinking... he would have won on Judge Milan, Judge Faith, or anyother court show. Judy has been slipping for a while
Why would he be entitled to anything other than getting his property back at this point? Where does the defendant get some sort of obligation to buy the cars
did they meet in jail????
If you're not prepared to go to Georgia to collect your cars, then don't commission a mechanic in Georgia to do your car repairs. Simple
Conmen are confidence men, they build confidence in their victims and make the target feel like trusting them is the right thing to do so yeah, him saying that he trusted him because he's a conman actually makes sense. He's basically saying the defendant is good at being one.
Ma"am..Ms Judge Judy...😅cute
I find it amusing that the judge gives her litigants clues on what to do or how to proceed further with a matter, and they still want to talk over her and demand money. If they're gonna be that stupid, then I don't blame the judge for dismissing their cases. I would rather settle for something than nothing at all.
Plaintiff turned into a male Karen really quick. Just get the damn cars !!!!
I disagree with JJ on this
26, or something. Whoo 😐
TWO YEARS AGO?!?
Mr Brown is a hussler.
He should went and got them shits once the first payment was missed.

Do you have receipts for me for …. No mam. Man has no receipts even before he knows what receipts judge wants.
This man needs to stop being a mechanic.
